The idea I had was some sorta of small/young/weak(appearing) charrie who has infinite power that could be unleashed at anytime. The only way to fix the problem is to kill him/her, but people can want to harness the power for a multitude of things.

Hm...I think we had this conversation before, but lets try it again since the last time it fell through. Maybe a character is randomly given the power of the Angel Eclipse? That could keep people on their toes in the RP, especially if no one knows who actually inherited the power for a while. I have an evil Fae-demon character that I have not really used yet so she could be one of the 'bad guys'.

That's one way to do it, but I don't know about it. It could also just be a power he/she was born with that has been growing, and now has reached apocalyptic proportions. He/she would be led astray by evil or be used for the "good" or people try to kill him/her for the greater good.

That could work as well. I can't really imagine how a character could get massive amounts of power like that though. Maybe a demon, Angel or even a Fourth like Meshik made an involuntary contract with a person who has massively good tolerance to pent up magic?

Like I said, maybe they were just born with it and it grew as they did, a la Elsa from Frozen. Or some environmental factors caused it to grow more than it ever should.

Well we have already brought this topic up before, however there are some new faces here so this will be their first time. Any input would be taken into consideration.

That was your first mistake. Frozen is pretty perfect.
Also, no one else was putting out ideas, so I figured I'd give it a try, plus most of the people who were involved the first time are gone, so it can still be fresh.

Natural disasters are a little too all encompassing in my opinion. I think we should still give people the chance to opt their characters out.
The kingdoms idea could be a thing, if we fleshed it out a little better.
