I really don't feel like going through the trouble of applying for a blood limit. I read through most of everyone's application as well as the listing for abilities and it's a little odd how it's set out.
Especially the Kekkei Genkai that I want to go for is a little messed up. I'm not sure if it's worth to let my character be held down to the limits on it.
Another part of me is saying I'm not out to win anything either so who cares?
Limits, I just want to let my character progress until it's role in apparent.

Anything your heart desires, as long as it doesn't break rules, and it doesn't involve anyone's characters without their permission.
However, I'd keep your character in a sandbox for the time being.

However, I'd keep your character in a sandbox for the time being. Why do you say that? Because of guild remodeling? This chakra bit is a little confusing. I'm sure I will understand it eventually. It feels a lot like GURPS or D&D. *snugs blanket* You think people would just not be a nob and take into consideration every character has limits. Give a little get a little kind of thing.

Yeah test rolepaly. I wanna see how my Rpc concept would stalk up in a fight. Just auto rank yourself to C rank with 10 jutsu in every element and typing you want for your Rpc and make the profile in your sandbox. When you do that let me know so i can check to see if everything is okay.

Sorry I just didn't understand what you asked sweatdrop and since you're new, you can set up the thread in whatever area you wish, just know that if we're in something like a lake then suiton jutsu gain + 1 rank in power, if we're in a mountain then Doton gains + 1 rank, a forest then it's Katon, an open plain then fuuton and I forgot what was it for Raiton but i'm sure it's a mountain terrain as well.
