31 Magikarps should be a breeze, does the level matter? Since I want to do it on that Level 1 Pichu.

Royal Infinity 31 Magikarps should be a breeze, does the level matter? Since I want to do it on that Level 1 Pichu. it only requires 31 cause you've already used vitamins and are holding an Anklet. Level means nothing as long as pichu is capable of KOing a magikarp.

No, lvl doesn't matter. All Magikarps give the same EV amount.

When you put a pokemon in the box, then take it out, it's stats are recalculated with the current EVs, Meaning, you can take a level 100 pokemon, EV train it, then put it in a box. When you take it back out, the stats will change to accommodate the EVs. ...I can't be burned."

i_mosquito_i two terms, pokerus and macho brace. Vulpix gives one speed EV. With pokerus, that's two. With the Macho brace, that's four.
Vulpix gives one speed EV. With Pokerus, that's two. With the Power Anklet, that's TEN.
Power items > Macho brace.
@Toph: Are you sure? I tried it with my Azelf, and it seemed to work. When I took it back out and raised it a level, it went up normal stats instead of the EV bonus... I think it works HG/SS. ...I can't be burned."
