Maruku was now in the tree's. He was looking down upon the man, not liking the look of him. The Kikaichu's antennae's flickered and then Maruku nodded again. Within seconds he was heading towards the main dojo.

Nyl Phairen Most of the grass and leaves in the clearing are scorched or burnt, and the ground is dotted with holes the size of small craters. In the center of the clearing is a tall, silver-haired man, sprawled on his back and unmoving. On the ground several feet away from him is a silver knife. He blinked some and ran across the the middle of the clearing, hopping craters and the like. He recognized this man. His eyes widened, then narrowed. "..Aurum.."

The man opened one red eye--the other was a bloody mess--and glared at Seph.

You want information...take it from the dead..."Aurum shut his eye and was silent. He reached down and lifted him into the air. "Answer me!" He immediately poured Ijutsu into Aurum in a frantic search for a way to prolong his life. He never thought he'd actually be healing Aurum. "Why aren't you inside Nyl's Body any-.." He looked around. "And if you're out.. Is the Phoenix out, too..?"

Maruku appeared at the dojo. He did not like the look of the old man. He walked into the dojo and realized he still had a bottle of water. He drank it quickly.
" What now? " he asked himself.
The Kikaichu nodded its antennaes.
" Very well. " He simply sat back onto a couch, still breathing heavily.

Nyl Phairen Aurum opened his eye again and growled. "Why are you helping me? Just for your information?""You deserve it. You've helped Nyl out of more than one tough spot. You deserve at least a chance to live for that. I don't like you, don't get me wrong, but.." He poured more Ijutsu into him. "..I want to help her. Don't you?"

Nyl Phairen Aurum laughed again, quietly this time. "I don't care for the human part of Phairen." He closed his eye, then opened both of them. "You can stop. Put me down."He lowered him to the ground. He was still confident in his ability to protect himself from Aurum. He added a bit of a safeguard. The Ijutsu in his body was temporary. He could yank it right back out and reverse the effects just as quickly as it would take him to think the thought. "How did you get out?"
