He walked into the main dojo. He was smiling happily, the Kikaichu, or chakra eating bug, was upon his head. He had his eyes close but he was able to navigate himself to the kitchen.
" Wow. "
The Kikaichu had navigated him with its antennae's

Her eyes widened, and without saying anything else she drifted quickly through the trees toward the lights. Literally.

He closed his eyes and grabbed some water from the fridge, from there he walked to the porch and then opened his eyes as the explosions rang.
" Wow. What was that? Should we check themn out? " He was excited and he was talking to the Kikaichu.

He watched as she shot off, and he quickly followed. His legs were able to keep up, despite her straight-shot advance and his weaving and swerving between trees. "Where are you going?!"

Nyl didn't answer Seph, but she did slow down, remembering he couldn't pass through trees.

The bug flickered and Maruku nodded. He was now behind the two. He was not going to act but he was at least going to watch.

She stopped about ten yards back from the edge of a small clearing.
"No...no, no, this can't...it--"
She disappeared completely right about the time Seph would have gotten there.

Maruku stopped as she dissapeared. When he fully came to a stop he asked simply.
" Did she give off any chakra? "
The Kikaichu's antenae's flickered absently and then flickered with purpose.
" Very well. "
Without a word Maruku stepped into the shadow of a tree and waited.

Most of the grass and leaves in the clearing are scorched or burnt, and the ground is dotted with holes the size of small craters. In the center of the clearing is a tall, silver-haired man, sprawled on his back and unmoving. On the ground several feet away from him is a silver knife.
