Well, let me put it this way: many of my stats are in the millions. I've purchased and maxed out a number of high-value pieces of equipment. My team is brutal and their specials have been significantly amped in power.
I'm scratching False Ace. Maybe I should reincarnate...

Though, defense and HP are much more important than offensive power, especially for bosses, since an Item Kill is usually more rewarding... ^^
