"I FOUND you!!" And with that, Saria Gave Lainey's Face a huge lick all the way up the side.

"KAY!! Tagg your it!!" Saria squeeaalled as she knock Lain to the ground agian and ran of to the junk yard.
"You can't catch me!!!"

The two week truce had ended and Bridget and Sanchez were out on the
Hunt. Still they would regulate thier targets that were attacking humans
and there were plenty of them that didn't mind killing humans while the cease-fire was on.

There was one that was nesting in an old condemed church and they were going to end its' 'life' tonite. They set up the booby-traps and sensors and then settled in so they could catch it in a cross-fire. If they
planned the it right the vampire wouldn't know what hit him/her. The nite
passed slowly and sitting in the damp, musty old church wasn't the most comfortable they to wait in(Bridget took it as part of the mission).

It was nearing daylight when the vampire or rather a shadow appeared and moved silently amongst the rubble. Both of them carefully took aim
for a head shot for what they considered a head. They fired almost at the
same time and both UV rounds found thier mark; and it had no effect at
all. The vampire/creature turned and snarled at the two 'hunters who had
dared to violate his/her lair.

It flowed noiselessly towards Sanchez and took several rounds without any effect as before. It seemed to envelop Sanchez and she could hear
Sanchez thru the com-link agonised sounds. Bridget tripped the traps causing all the UV lights and grenades to go off all at once. The creature
hissed and Bridget could see it had a face, hands and body the ebbed and flowed. The creature dropped Sanchez and came straight for her and
Bridget was ready for that.

The creature flowed around her and Bridget could feel the cold and numbness around her body. But inside that shadow was a body and Bridget struck the creature with all her strength and the creature was staggered and then followed up with a kick to its' head. The creature inside the shadow head was rocked sideways and it let out a shrill cry.
It regained it's footing as best Bridget could tell and came straight at her
and tackled Bridget driving her to the ground going down ontop of her.
Bridget countered the creature's attacts with its' claw-like hands but the shadow she was caught in was drawing life slowly from her. All of a sudden the creature's head was rocked side-ways and it let out a Hissss.
Given this break by Sanchez's attack Bridget grabbed her 'Sidhe' leaf blade and drove it thru its' lower jaw and into the creature's head. The creature shrieked once a loud mornful sound and collapsed ontop of Bridget.

Bridget pushed the body off her and the shadow itself was disappearing
leaving only the body. Bridget took Sanchez's combat knife and severed the body from the head and dragged the body to where the body would be exposed to sunlight. She the pulled her 'Sidhe' leaf blade from the
creature's head... Bridget looked at Sanchez and said. "If this was a vampire it's one I have never seen before." They took the skull and policed up thier weapons, walked out and headed for thier car... Sanchez
said. "I need a stiff drink." and Bridget nodded too as the sun came up.

:She stared at him wondeirng why he would have purposely hurt her like this.:

"Well you did it Jax, you left, and I moved on."

:She gathered up her composure and took her sketch book out of her satchel and tore a picture out. It was a picture of him and in his arms, he was holding her. The picture of him was off on a few details, only being able to draw him from her memory. Both eyes were closed and there was a heart drawn around them, in the corner of the picture was a little writing reading, 'You'll forever be mine and I'll forever be yours. bonded souls.'. She set the picture down on the bench next to and stared at him for a few seconds.:

"I hope it was worth losing me for."

:She said quietly as she started to walk down the street:

The Lycan silently ran across the rooftops in the night. Jaden felt extemly angry with himself. He had just let her go. He had let go of the best thing that had happened to him since he could remember. He had to find her. He could smell her on the night wind.
He suddenly stopped at the edge of the building. She was here, but she was not alone. He could not walk in the street in his current state so he had to watch her from up here.
Rein...
He thought
I am so sorry. I won't let anything happen to you so long as I draw breath.

Jax got up and turned to fallow her. His knuckes dripping blood, but the rapid regeneration was quickly healing his arm.

:She tried to pull her hands away:

"Let go of me!"

:She sobbed:

Jaden released Rein's hands gently. He then stood up so that he towered over 7 feet and glared at the boy in front of them.
