Well...
1) Students could be unlimited in goodies and badies; but there could be a limit on the amount of goodie civilians/post grad students
-or-
We could use a topic with a gray area. Such as a 'world war' that drags in kingdoms and countries.
2)We can try to contact our peoples, see how they are and if they want to come back, but there's always the option of putting out applications for new vc/crew as we recruit.
Waaaah, I miss CBK, and Jitter, and Bree, and Delvin, and Scy!

Limiting would go against my moral code if it's after the fact of joining the guild. However we could ask a question like 'what type of characters do you RP?'. Which countries now would be in this war? Yeah, I've been poking people to get them to come one *cough cough*.

I just hope people don't take rp'ing personally. That way they'll be more open to playing a "bad guy".
Well, every kingdom in this guild is connected to the other, right?
The Elves and dwarves are linked by Droh and Sopian.
Lily(Elves) is linked to Donny, who is linked to Yvette(sirens) and Lyndis(pixies).
Lyndis(pixies) is linked to Andrew, who will be married to Rina(sylphs).
So say a war breaks out in the elven kingdom...would the sylphs really come to their aid because of such a thin connection? Especially if the opponents were, say, sirens? We could also add in characters from other countries, like Bella's home, that have some other system of government.

Then it would have to be Sylphs and Elves/Dwarves. I agree. We could add other countries/groups. There are also wizards.

Yeah. I'm not sure how the sylphs would react to a war, since they tend to be an isolated group.
And true, wizards play a big role with the human side of things.
So, do you have any good conflict ideas that would start a war?

A small one that becomes big issue. #1: That girl looks like a slut. #2: That's my sister you a**. When think if it this way. The wizard council would want to hunt him down while the dark organization would try to recruit him. The Elves and pixies would protect him, Angels would be divided. Sylphs and dwarves would against as well.

Those could work. I could definitely see Yuri starting a war over someone insulting Lily~
Although the Len idea is good. So the war would ultimately be between the Council and the Dark Order, with some of the Council being corrupt. There would be characters wanting reform in the Council, but unsure if joining the Order is right. The conflicted people could form another, much smaller group~

Reeds could then calm to be a neutral zone like in the past, but students could form their own groups of what they think.
