I like the colour scheme, the mix of whites and yellow is gorgeous but I feel like the bottom needs more yellow to complement the white rose.
It might help to remove some items, then the avatar would seem less cluttered because there seems to be a lot going on at the upper end of your avatar. Lines point in so many directions.
Sometimes simple is best and too much is confusing or draws away attention.
The puffies are cute by the way.

7/10 It's cute, but I don't know... it doesn't have any special spark to it. It's too simple, in a way. Maybe add another color?
