Thats the first thing that I do? Even before making a character?
Generally I just have a few questions
1. What is the process of learning new skills
2. Are allowed to update our own profiles are is there some sort of update thread?
3. What would be a good village for me to join, one thats not empty but not full. (i like to help the cause)
4. What are the rules with blood lines
5. Where would I go to find out said information

Ok, I'm going to answer your questions.
1. Training in the academy, the instructions are in the first post of the academy.
2. We do it our selves, but you're told what to add by the -kage through the exp. thread.
3. Umm, -shady look- I suggest Konoha, or Kiri >__>;
4. In the Game-System-Forum. There's a master list.
