rook returned to the now empty beach with a tripod,canvas,brushes of all sizes,and above all, paint.rook like every man had a sensitive side and that side was fond of painting landscapes.rook set his equipment up so it faced the sea at a slanted angle.this way rook could observe te landscape and paint it with much change in position.he began to paint the stars and sky running right into the ocean and the moon's reflective light on the surface.

rook added the last tiny details to the painting and stepped back examining his work.nodding satisfieingly he gathered the supplies and the painting and left.

Jade walked along the beach just enough in the water to were it covered her feet while she held her shoes in her hand. Seeing a rockformation that was a bit out in the ocean enough for the water to hit it and explode around it. Smiling she ran the rest of the way there and stood infront of the path that leads to it.
Taking a deep breath she skiped across the rocks slipping and almost falling several times. Finnaly reaching the rock she sighed in relif and started laughing before climbing up the rock each on cutting a bit into her feet and hands making some blood run down them and to taint the air causing her nose to twich a bit.
Reaching the top she walked over to the edge and stood there marveling at the view with an awed expression just as water exploded around her getting herself slightly damp and her skin to glisen with the drops of water. Laughing she continued to stand therelooking at the view not bothering with the water that kept getting her damper.

The surf kicked up very high as Jade listened to the ocean breeze. It was almost as if someone was singing.
Wait a minute, that was singing! The melodic voice seemed to melt among the waves, ringing like the soft seabells from below.
Within the foam of the waves, she could make out the shadow of a serpentine body.

Jade listened to heavenly singing for a moment before wating for the surf to calm down for a moment. Walking closer to the edge she looked down into thte foam and say a serpentine body. Cocking her head to the side she smiled and continued to listen but kept watch for the waves so she wouldnt get completly soaked.

Suddenly, a huge wave crashed down on her, dragging her in.
The bubbles swirled all around her as the current threw her on a roller coaster ride.
When the spinning finally stopped, she was able to see all around her.
A colorful coral reef lay below, with fishes of every kind darting back and forth through the crevices.
And there, among the pink branches of a coral tree, was the source of the song. A long, slender, and pristine beautiful sea dragon.

Jade felt the wave hit her hard nocking the breath out of her and paralizing her to where she couldn't catch herself before it dragged her under and tossed her around for a moment.
When it finnaly stoped she looked around and had an awed expression at how pretty the coral reef was with all the colorful fish swiming around it. Seeing seomthing hidden within the the branches of the reef she squinted her eyes to try to focus better. Befor they widen at the beautiful sea dragon came into view.

The sea dragon's eyes caught sight of the newcomer.
"Hello. I wasn't expecting an audience today."
She then circled around the coral tree, her scales shimmering.
"It's okay, this water's breathable."

Jade smiled at the dragon and said a bright, "Hello!" before adding "Well I wasn't really planning on getting in the water but a wave decided diffrently for me.."
Watching her scales sparkle caused them to reflet in her own eyes.
"Well I'm a dragon also well an Ice dragon so I could breath in water anyway but thank you for telling me." she said her voice was kind and soft
"You singing is beautiful!" she added this time her voice holding awe and truthfulness.

"Thank you. It's an old verse in the draconian scriptures that's said to breathe life into still waters."
She then shifted to a nearby brain coral where the sardines emerged from the cracks and swam around like petals on a breeze.
"I'm Levitiania, and you are?"

Mai smiled as she watched the make shift peddles float around her, "My names Jade." she said her as her eyes gazed about her in awe at how beautiful she was.

Jade smiled and said, "You'r name is prettier I've never heard of anyone else named that!" Frowning a bit she said, "Well I started in an allyway then in a cottage in the woods living with a kind dragon name Sengi he died a few years ago though."
