"Just be ready, in case you're needed," Gunther said to the Kel Dor.
"Wait," Kalnar said to him. "What do you mean by 'withdrawal'?"

"Money"Zell said bluntly as he pulled his goggles out of his pocket and reattached them on his face, glad to be able to see once more"My brother is a ....merchant in the family business"The lie shone through his truth. He did need to get a withdrawal, but his brother wasn't a respectable Merchant.

Jaden stood up as the ship neared the star destroyer, speaking to the star destroyer, "This is clearance code 18956 asking for permission to dock," said Jaden into the intercomm. Jaden had been to prideful and blind at the moment to have not noticed that the codes are auto-maticly sent to the ships mian frame, but it was no matter to him.

Ferno stood on the bridge of the Pillar. Normally, sith would be elated at the death of their rival, but his concerns lie elsewhere. The remains of Hiko were stored in his own private chambers, away from everyone else's eyes. He at least had that much respect for the jedi.
Once the crystal had been mined out of the ground, several teams would experiment and refine the crystal in his stronghold in the coreworlds. The project itself would require funding, but Ferno had little doubt in his mind that one way or another, he would find the funds and resources he needed form Krayt. The Emperor owed him that much, and the design of the weapon was quite useful. Its purpose flawless. Its weakness... exploitable, but only through idiocy.
He had already diverted funds from his experiments to provide the construction of a facility hidden away from all eyes that would look for it in the usual spots. He asked for a lot, but given his record, he based all of his risks on being able to prove the correct investment was here. The sith controlled so much of the galaxy anyways, the funds coudl easily come from somewhere else. it was just a matter of squeezing the systems.

Kaze-Kage Daisuko Jaden stood up as the ship neared the star destroyer, speaking to the star destroyer, "This is clearance code 18956 asking for permission to dock," said Jaden into the intercomm. Jaden had been to prideful and blind at the moment to have not noticed that the codes are auto-maticly sent to the ships mian frame, but it was no matter to him. Onboard the Pillar, a series of officers sent warning lights up through the chains of command. No shuttle was expected, but that was the least of their worries. The code itself flipped lights up all over the place, enough to draw the attention of Veers himself. "What is that?" he asked the comm officer. "A shuttle is requesting clearance to land." the comm replied. "What is the trouble then?" "This." The comm officer pointed at the code. Veers recognized it instantly, one of many Ferno had made him learn. It was one which Maladi expected garunteed clearance and total control from. One which Krayt used to board vessels for any reason whatsoever. The twin codes (the one transmitted, the one stated) made it clear this was not entirely a friendly creature. "I don't trust it. I'd ask its buisness, but that just delays things." All of the commotion had drawn even higher powers unto the conversation. HM, noting his master's agitation, went to investigate. "Where is that shuttle going, Admiral?" the droid quieried. Veers replied with its designation, its code, and every pertinent detail that could be asked of him in advance. "Let it board. The master can easily take care of anything that comes our way."

Jaden smiledevily as his shuttle entered the star destroyer. Jaden walked off the ramp, dressed in sith robes, and spoke to all who were there, "Any of you, I demand you take me to your master, or there will be concequnces," he said with an evil glare at them all.

"Servants of the Lady Maladi are always welcomed here, no threats required to force us to act," was all the few crew there were able to say. In their heads, the hatred and contempt could be felt, but only to the extent that it was caused by the sudden appearance, rather than the status of the situation.
"Admiral Veers is located on the bridge. HM-74 also takes command there, you will need not look too far to find our masters."

He sighed, "No, take me to your true master, Ferno, I wish to speak with," he said. He didn't think that Ferno could be Veers at all, but he was just an apprentice trying to find his way through the path of the dark side, blind and foolish to his surrondings. But his pride was like a fire, and he would not sies until he did what he was supose to do....kill maladri.

"Not even the Emperor himself is given such a privelege unless Ferno himself commands that order. The mouth of Ferno, HM-74, will be able to speak for him as though you were discussing matters with the master himself. Krayt himself is subjected to the same treatment we give you here." One lieutenant spoke up. the rest broke off, leaving the lieutenant to guide the newcomer to the bridge.
"Follow me, and your matters will be discussed thereinby with whomever mi'lord sees fit."

Xaron the destroyer "Money"Zell said bluntly as he pulled his goggles out of his pocket and reattached them on his face, glad to be able to see once more "My brother is a ....merchant in the family business"The lie shone through his truth. He did need to get a withdrawal, but his brother wasn't a respectable Merchant. "With all respect, good sir, we would know the nature of your 'business'," Kalnar said firmly."I agree." Gunther said. "This is supposed to be a secluded world, far from the Core, with next to no knowledge available on it. Especially my late father's safehouse," the boy said, his tone rife with annoyance. "And now, my sister is in danger, due to information that should only be available to a select few," "Be mindful, young padawan," Kalnar warned."Yes, Master Kalnar," Gunther sighed. "This Lynch did not obtain this information by accident," he declared, as much question as it was a statement.

He sighed following the soldier, "This is rediciulous, this will take forever," he said following him non-the less. He knew it would be worth it in the end though, but if what he asks is not accpeted, then he would be lucky to survive with all of his limbs gone.

Russ looked at the Jedi and said "I do believe you are accusing our Kel'dor friend here of something he very likely has no part in. Lynch is the Crime Lord of this entire SECTOR, and could easily track any movement of credits or materiel in this area, and could easily have bought the information out of anyone who knew it. Or perhaps he didn't even know of the safe house, but just that Ms. Starsinger was coming here. I beat it out of one of his men, and all he knew is that you were coming here, now. It could be they didn't know of this 'Safe house' at all."
He looked at the sky and then said into his Commlink "ICIS, get the Ranger here a soon as you can. We're gonna need her prepped and ready for an Orbital Battle soon!"
"Roger," The AI replied, and Arch looked horizonward for his approaching ship...

Gunther looked sheepishly from Zell to Russ, and back again. "I apologize, good sir," he said to Zell. "Still, we must be wary." he said, addressing the two men. "We can obtain your money when we have Freya returned to us." the boy said softly but firmly.

Some time later, Kar'en bobed in a glass tube. Her world was a floating blue annoyance. Hooked to a breathing apparatus, with a cast around her wrist and herself bare save for a pair of medical underpants, she seethed as she bobbed in the water and bacta. She would have her revenge. It irritated her that she never caught the man's name, but then again alot of things irritated her lately. Then she noticed Wyyrlok had entered the room.
She moved a hand to cover her damaged chest, attempting to give herself some modesty before her mentor. Did you catch your jedi, my dear? his voice echoed through her thoughts as he watched her float in the bacta.
She was suprised that Wyyrlok knew. Her shock must have slipped onto her face, for the Chagrian's tattooed face twisted into a smile. I sensed him the moment he came planet side. But as he was of no threat or worth to me, i decided you could handle him. But it seems I was wrong. He was no mere Jedi, Master.
Wyyrlok's face became expressionless, his eyes shimmered with intrigue and curiosity. Then what was he? He fought with a skill and ferocity that I never saw in the Order. He was aggressive without using the Dark, used an old form of the code, and had powers I had never witnessed in all my time as a Jedi.
Wyyrlok seemed to absorb the information, nodding as she told him all. Interesting...perhaps we underestimated that one... I wonder... He looked to the woman and gae a slight tilt of his head. Are you familiar with Hiko Shin? She racked her brain, the name vaguely familiar. The Masters of the Order did mention something of a powerful rogue jedi roaming the outer rim by the name of Hiko...but they never talked to us knights about it. Perhaps out of fear we would follow his example and leave the Order.
Wyyrlok nodded. Hiko Shin was a powerful Jedi Master, he told her, emphasizing the past tense. A frighteningly profficient warrior known for his use of a vibrosword over the lightsaber, he was a rather large thorn in our sides for a time, the only Jedi Master that still acknowledged us as a threat to the galaxy. His skills and abilities were said to rival those of the Jedi of ages past. Her eyes widdened. Could this Jedi be...
Her master nodded again. We've reason to believe that he had trained a pupil, who might have participated in the War under an assumed name. And there is a good chance that the jedi you described is that very pupil. Consider yourself lucky you survived.
He looked away for a moment to examine some of the screens that monitored her condition. I would have been tempted to capture him, but Krayt has more important tasks for us. There are brush wars forming all along the Rim as world test the limits of the Emperor's strength. In addition, he wants us to find the source of a particular disturbance, a use of the Dark Side that actually brought someone back to life. Kar'en frowned, but nodded. Hiko's apprentice is beyond you, beyond much of the Order. Wyyrlok stated. He can not be defeated by direct confrontation. Not yet at any rate. There are other targets that need eliminating other tasks I need accomplished. And for that I need an assassin; a hand of my own, one could say.
Kar'en snapped her head up at the words and she looked to Wyyrlock with wide eyes. You will become a Sith and be sent to Korriban to learn our methods. I believe you have earned the right to join our ranks. The Emperor can always find a purpose for a dependable and useful tool. Elation filled her and she tried her best to bow her head, despite the breathing apparatus. Thank you Darth Wyyrlok. I will not disapoint you, and I will serve the Emperor well. Wyyrlok smiled and gast a glance at the woman floating in the tank. "Good. I expect as much from a fallen Jedi."

"Alright I give up," Iust said, setting his his disruptor on the ground and putting his hands in the air.
"Check him," the commander of the soldiers told two of the guards. The two moved towards Iust with caution. When the two troopers were standing within a meter of Iust he made his move. Reaching within his coat Iust unhostered both of his blasters and shot both troopers in the face. Iust anticipated the barrage that would follow his actions and backflipped out of the way of the incoming blasts. Many of soldiers on both sides of the aisle were caught in the crossfire, thoroughly thinning the amount of troops that Iust had to eliminate. Landing on his feet, Iust quickly assessed the situation. There were seven on his left and eight on his right, including the commander.
Iust turned and ran towards his right, firing shots at both sets of troops taking out two on each side. A stream of blaster bolts followed him as he ran. Iust angled around and ran straight for the remaining troops on the right column, firing straight ahead. Two shots hit the commander, one in the face the other in the chest, dropping him. Iust aimed the blaster in his left hand at the remaining troops on his left as he kept shooting forward with the one in his right. Within seconds the remaining troops had been killed.
Iust holstered his blasters and moved back into the center of the room to pick up his disruptor. Reaching down to pick up his weapon Iust felt a seering pain in his back. The pain was too great, Iust droped to his knees looking around for his assailant. The last thing Iust saw before blacking out was a well dressed man with slicked back black hair standing over him holding a blaster rifle.
"Inform Lord Graka that Iust has been captured," Scelus told two soldiers who followed him into the room. " Bring Iust to the cells and call for a medical team to see to his wounds. I want him ready for re-education in a couple of days." Scelus left the room as the soldiers started to strip the downed bounty hunter of his equipment. Everything had gone according to plan.Graka had been right that placing a bounty on Iust's head would lead him to the palace at some point. Now only one final step had to be taken before Graka could have his perfect assassin, they only needed to break Iust's will and re-educate him. That shouldn't be too hard, Scelus mused to himself, when Iust learned that they had killed his uncle shortly after Iust left Ord Mantell, they wouldn't have known about Sunum either if Iust hadn't led them there. Yes, everything was proceeding perfectly.
