Persephone's eyes were roving the pitch and caught sight of a bludger headed toward Charlotte, she had started to race for it, unfortunately, Charlotte seemed to fly directly into it before Seph could even get close. She flinched slightly at the sight, but Charlotte stayed firmly on her broom, so Seph got back to her work. She took her bat and aimed in the direction of Naomi hoping to take the other seeker down a peg.

As Charlotte approached the snitch, she felt a sudden weight slam into her left side. She gripped her broom tightly so that she wouldn't go flying. How she managed to be completely unaware of a bludger until it hit her, she couldn't be sure. She sucked in a breath through her teeth, seeing that Naomi was close enough to the snitch to try catching. She hadn't managed it, but Charlotte was painfully aware she was still in reach. She sped up, hoping to at least have a chance at it.
