'It's fine. I understand.' After a moment of silence, Mala began to explain to Van exactly what got her so upset. 'I'm sorry for acting so grouchy then. I guess I've just been a little frustrated with penting most of my anger up. First I became a wanted fugitive in one of the richest places in the area, then later on it frustrated me that we couldn't remember our actual first time, then added to that would be Angel and Riley's affair, Angel getting pregnant, Jaquel's little fiasco, Riley's long since grown up on me, and now you're sealed up. Riley's denseness is no surprise, but I guess I needed something to snap at since I haven't once actually let myself blow off much steam without pounds more being added on afterwards. I know, it isn't an excuse. But still..'
