Where are the Naga bloodline's Snake size limits? Because I can't find it anywhere on the Bloodline description.

Theres no real rule against it, so no. but if you're gonna make a new character, it will have to be as if it's an application character. Meaning, it cant know every jutsu, taijutsu style, etc possible.

With the Chiroku Clan's Anigan, after the observe an animal once can they call back the traits later on? Like, they observe an eagle and gain it's outstanding vision. Then you can call it back without having to look at the animal again.

No, that is not the case. Powers are not stored, you use them one at a time.

Any crew member can make any NPC teacher, as I'm assuming that is what you're aiming for.

I can also make new ones at any time, so long as I feel up to it.

I guess kinda... I really wasn't wanting to make someone go out of thir way to make a new one. But I've got to get off soon, I might be back on later though. So if anyone wants to then I'd be very appreciative.

Gregar828 No, that is not the case. Powers are not stored, you use them one at a time. @Inu Though please don't misunderstand because this answer can easily be misinterpreted. You are allowed to save up to ten different animals traits so that you don't have to look at them each time, but until you get to the final stage, you will not be able to use more than one at a time.

I thought that's what it said biggrin thanks Mistah. And you're right, I did misunderstand the answer. Now I have to decide between Raite clan/bloodline and Chiroku clan/bloodline >.<

yah but keep in mind that you gain an animal's strengths and weaknesses, so you can get the tough skin of a rhino, but you'd be as blind as one. Also every animal in the world can be killed by a human being...especially when that human being knows how to make fire come out of its mouth, or throw overgrown boulders like it was a pebble. So the +1 rank to strength and speed is make sure they can still defend themselves properly, especially at the lower levels when the cost for anigan is so high. It's designed to be a survival of the fittest clan where the weak die young, not to mention the limit on the number of anigan members is like four or three. I can't remember it was an unwritten rule.
