The Mississippi Squirrel Revival. It's hilarious! rofl

Here's the chorus in case you were curious:

"The day the squirrel went berserk
In the First Self-Righteous Church
in the sleepy little town of Pascagoula...
It was a fight for survival
that broke out in revival
they were jumpin' pews and shoutin' Hallelujia!"

Basically this kid catches a squirrel and sneaks it into church on Sunday, where it gets loose. Wreaks havoc on a couple of people, absolutely hilarious!

(My favorite lines, after the squirrel runs up Harv Newlin's coveralls: "Harv hit the aisle, dancin' and screamin'//some thought he had religion, others thought he had a demon//and Harv thought he had a weed eater loose in his Fruit-of-the-Looms...)

I'd like to know too. Squirrels huh? That reminds me of Foamy the Squirrel and the weird videos of Squirelly Wrath.

If you've never seen them before here's the link http://www.illwillpress.com/. That squirrel is hilarious, but cusses a lot.

Hmmm. Look for books you really like, then find out if Wikipedia has articles on those books yet. If not, you can write an article on that book.

*sniffle* So.. so I guess Al Gore won the Nobel Peace prize for his crappy documentary. That makes me kinda sad. Though not as sad as EA buying out Bioware... bastards! But I digress.

I have several issues with this years peace prize...

One - I fail to see how the discussion of environmental issues are a matter of global peace. The global warming debate has created several factions who fight against each other, each side claiming superiority whilst claiming the other side is wrong.

Two - Al Gore's documentary is filled with poorly supported, or in the case of some, completely made up, statistics. While there are many studies and debates regarding environmental anomalies as of late, Gore has selected only ones that support (and exaggerate) his own thoughts on the matter, without noting the variations in studies. One study, for instance, claims that with the current rates of Global Warming the sea level will rise and take away some of our coastal areas... The rate at which this rise will occur? 10 cm in 100 years. If you live near a coast, go to the shore line, see how much beach 10 cm of extra water height will diminish and be amazed. That isn't to say there is no reason to discuss environmental hazards, because other statistics say it will be an entire meter. However Gore's documentary goes out of it's way to say it will be an insanely large amount, and in a much smaller time frame. No statistical studies support his claim... None... not one. He has pulled this information from his loins in order to scare people into taking action. As far as I can recall, everyone was pissed off at Bush for doing the exact same thing whilst taking out a totalitarian dictator.

Three - Eh, not to happy about the fact that he's getting a Nobel prize for hypocrisy. His home uses 10 times the electricity of the average home, uses more water than the average home, and he owns several gas-guzzling SUV's. Sure, it's great that he wants everyone to take care of the environment, but when asked why he doesn't follow suit, he said it's because he can afford to pay the fines recommended to people who make a large enough carbon footprint.

Four - last one, I promise razz - In this year there have been so many other alternatives for a peace prize... My personal choice would've been the leader of South Korea, who has worked hard to open up transport and trade routes, as well as work on cease fire agreements with North Korea. As a split country that has been warring for decades, it was a big year for regaining peace. But no, scaring the bujeebies off countless American school children by stating that if they don't change their ways they will die in fire and brimstone is much, much more likely to bring about everlasting peace.

Al Gore's Nobel Peace prize is a load of crap, and according to my car radio, Phil and I aren't the only ones that think so. These Nobel people are silly.

I saw a dead squirrel in the road today. I have no idea how it died since the squirrel looked fully intact. Which made it all the sadder, cause it was just in the road lying on its back. Almost like it was sleeping. *sniffle*
