No, sir. I've attempted to talk some sense into Snow White but she persists in her pipe dream of an organized police force that would only serve to unite and rile up the villains. What we need is to adopt guerrilla warfare tactics.

No.
What I'm proposing is a Legion or rather.. a group of concerned Kapowians that could be assembled in times of need.

My preliminary ideas are there...

*Stares at the ceiling in exasperation.*
We already have that. It's called "Oh s**t, I'm a superhero and that's an unfolding disaster!"

I see nothing wrong with having something more organized.

'Fraid I'm with Kate here, Snow. Ain't nothin' good gonna come from a fascist army of superheroes. Guerrilla warfare tactics might not be so bad an idea, though. This ain't the way I've gone about things in the past, but Luthor's playin' hardball this time, and that ain't a fight I'm shyin' away from.

*Rubs her eyes.*
It seems unavoidable to me given the distribution of forces currently available. We're spread thin and light on metahumans.

Organizations like that breed corruption, darlin'. Trust me - I spent half my adult life unknowingly headin' up a UN Task Force that had been infiltrated by a terror cell. We could start an army, but Luthor's already got one. That's gonna end in an all-out war, and the body count'll be through the ceiling. If you ask me, it ain't the right approach.

I don't recall mentioning an army. Just a group. A "Team-up" when times need it, if you will. I never said I'd have armies of corrupt superheroes marching through the streets of the Nexus.

Ain't that kind of what an organized police force is? Sorry, kid. I just don't think it'd work.
'Sides, lately I ain't been on board with any "team ups" that ain't with people I absolutely trust, and I mean absolutely no offense when I say that there really ain't a damn soul in the Nexus that falls into that category.

*Walks in with a sway to her hips. Looking Nothing like Chas.*
*A perky smile on her lips as she heads to the bar.*
*Looks around.* Oh hey! This place is pretty drab but at least there isn't any redecorating going on! Tottally Fab! blaugh

::Snow nods::
counting myself, I have 5 people interested so far. I have to be honest when I say that the lack of trust that people seem to have is rather... disappointing. However, the last time I brought this up, I was pretty much attacked so it's not as if it was wholly unexpected.
