I wasn't blaming i was only commenting that it is a little disappointing that she said she had one last night and she hadn't posted it. It was just a slight comment and it doesn't mean much.

Clair, hun, you may start as soon as your character is accepted. ask malix or a crew member for a room number too. but once you're accepted you can just jump right in anywhere on campus. just note that being in the city, or the woods will get your character into detention (you can do it anyways, if it fits your character's personality to do so),
and the outside world area is strictly for news. it is in character information if your character reads a paper or watches tv, but is not for your posting pleasure.

I'm so sorry. T.T I didn't know. And two of mine have already been accepted. I just thought other characters had to interact with them or what not..... I don't know.
