Nexus organization. The first phase of which needs to be getting a force in order. Whether it be a police force or more along the style of a volunteer militia. Saying you agree does not "sign you up" for anything. Rather, it just means that you think organization may be a good idea.
Like I said, this is all quite early on in the process.

Yeah, that sounds like the OA soldiers that took out after the chaos happened. They were a bunch of jumpy idiots that shot anything with powers. *Tisks and shakes her head.* Them peeps deff were a few screws loose. My training vids showed 'em as more intellectual.
