She opened her eyes and struggled to see stars, which was almost impossible in the city. "Bored." But she was still suprised at the amount of immortals that were still in New York. "There are so many new people here. Everyone left."

Jack stumbled into central park. He was completely out of his mind... well, nearly. He was drunk enough to be considered that. He sighed loudly as he sang "Danny Boy" to himself.
"Oh Danny boy... the pipes, the pipes, are calling..."
"Damn it, Jack, you call yourself an Irishman?" JR said to him. "Even I'm not drunk you bloody t**t."
This spectral being which seemed to haunt Jack for a year, once just a voice in his head, now a full being that only he could see, would never let this down.
"Buddy, I've h-had it with you smack... and your crack... cracks... dammit."

She lifted her head and looked around the park. She stopped and her eyes widened. She stared at the object that strongly resembled her mother. She leaned away from the bench trying to get a closer look. Then, not realizing it, she leaned too far and fell off the bench and hit the ground in a great humph. "AHHH!!!!!" *boom*

Runt could hear incoherent babble not far from his tree. As he opened his eyes, he gazed upon a familiar sight...a drunkard in Central Park... "So that's what a drunkard looks like..." He'd heard dozens of stories from the others returning from their nightly strolls, but he'd never actually seen one...

Astarte furrowed her brow and looked at the girl who had fell off the bench and laughed, "Wow."
She stiffend, sensing a scent so familiar to her, "Jack?" She asked herself. She looked around then shook her head, "No, I'm haluccinating, in such dire need of company."

Wynter lifted her self to her knees. Falling back to her heels, she grabbed her head. "Owe." Then, her eyes went pale. She stood up quickly and frantically ran around the park. "WHERE IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Jack, man up! Get the hell out of your little emo-child phase and get over this s**t! It's just a damn girl, you hear me! You've always been too soft. You should have shown that she was making a mistake."
"Why the hell do you care? You looooooooved to mess with her. You wanted to make everyone suffer."

Jack looked at JR after he said that. He growled loudly as crossed his arms. he cursed under his breath.
"You don't even exist and you're the biggest pain around here."
"I DO exist in essence," JR said.

Turning over to put the man out of mind, he jumped as he was faced with a teddy bear staring back at him. "Ahhhh!" He scrambled to his feet, ending up in the tree above where he, until recently, had been resting peacefully...

"Now she's running around in circles." She said watching the girl, trying her absolute hardest to ignore the scent. She looked back up at the sky, "No...maybe I should go back to a long sleep again. There's to much new, and not enough old."

As Jack walked around, wallowing in his sorrow, he soon saw the figure of a familiar person. He grunted quietly as he cocked his head to the side, trying to make out the figure.
"Astarte? Jesus, am I that drunk?"
He slowly walked over to her, completely unsure of what he was seeing. When he did though, JR let out a loud groan.
"Dammit, if it isn't one girl it's another! What the hell is she doing here?!"
"That's her?" Jack asked.
"Unfortunately," JR mumbled.

Neveah had finally cleared his head and walked over to a bench near the fountain and sat down, knowing that something or someone was bound to come by at some point and interrupt his thoughts. but he didn't mind, he was actually kinda lonely this evening...

She ran almost all over the park until she heard a scream. She ran to the sound. She looked up and saw a man in a tree. She then looked down and saw her teddy bear. She bent down and picked it up. "There you are." She looked at the man. "Are you ok? I hope he didn't frighten you." She smiled and giggled again.

Astarte bit her lower lip, she could hear him now. She closed her eyes and turned her head. When she opened them, she saw Jack, "AH CRAP!" She looked away, hoping he couldn't notice her. Smelling the drunkness in the air, hopefully he thought she was a hillucination too.

Shaken, Runt jumps down and straightens up. "Me? No, of course not..." He was still shaking, but he was standing on his own two feet and that was good enough for him. "You gotta learn to keep that bear of yours on a leash...thing nearly killed me!" He was wearing an entirley serious expression.

Jack walked to Astarte, his senses beginning to recover. His walking was steadier, although he was still unsure of what he saw.
"Astarte... is that you?"
"Jack, it's her you idiot! Stop being so unsure!" JR said to him, smacking him in the head.
Jack's reaction was weak at best. He knew no one saw what had just happened there. No one ever would. He groaned quietly.
Ah crap... he's gonna make me go off the deep end before Takiko does.
