I wanted Hikaru to be a Fubuki, but it seemed to difficult. Becides, I'm not going to lie, I wanted him to similar to Haku >.<

Of course we can be friends. But Hikaru isn't A Haku. I wanted him to be similar TO Haku XD
Fubuki are 'the Hyuga of Kiri' but in stead of seeing with the byakugan. They use their special chakra to make the air around them really cold. Often causing a blizzard. They aren't blind without the snow, but still. Idk, I really enjoy that clan.. to bad I already have to many characters for my liking. I don't enjoy spreading myself to thin..

Dude I was talking to night. I'm making a genin in Iwa that is my Isamu clan. He can change his hair and eye color anytime he wants to blend into a crowd. It' not very powerful but it's pretty cool.
