"Yeah," Mike's voice was quiet, almost nostalgic. "But that doesn't mean I won't come back. I'm just a phone call and a Nitro flight away." Moving his wet bangs from out of his eyes, he thought back on the Gym battle he just had. "Magu was amazing!" His heart began racing as if he were still in the fight, one move away from losing, and the close victory he had. "I remember when he was just a little Slugma. He really gave it his all, messed Nitro up but good."

Hiro growled angrily at the Golem before him, clearly unhappy that he had the disadvantage. At that moment, the Arcanine's body began to sparkle, and the damage it had suffered from the prior attacks was healed almost completely, thanks to the Wish Ariel had made before Kasiya recalled her. The trainer knew now that her Pokemon was completely vulnerable now, even as she called for Hiro to use another Flamethrower. She was determined to use the effects of Sunny Day to her advantage as long as the sun beamed down on them for the next few turns. Hiro reared back his head and opened his mouth, releasing his powerful Flamethrower attack. The Golem groaned in pain, clenching its fists together as it tried to shake it off. Resistant or not, it seemed Hiro had a bit of an advantage level-wise.

Noir still seemed steady as the proverbial rock, and she shook her head. "That's not going to take Golem down so easily! Magnitude!" she called, her voice dripping with confidence. The Megaton Pokemon jumped into the air, and came crashing down with a powerful force, shaking the ground and sending a powerful shockwave throughout the area. Hiro took a defensive stance, bracing himself as the attack came towards him, and the large fire Pokemon was relieved to see it had only been about a Magnitude 5 or 6 - relatively weak.

Sting looked back at Crenu, not exactly sure whether he should feel threatened or not. Nevertheless, Sting enjoyed the attention Crenu gave him. He crawled off of his face, onto his shoulder, and with a leap, landed back onto Ky's. Ky's laughter died down. He thought of how creepy it would be to wake up with a spider on his face, or just seeing one drop from the trees. The thought made him shiver.

"Well, at least your up," Ky said smiling. "Thanks for the bike; it made the trip really quick."

Kasiya gave a relieved sigh - it wasn't over yet. Without being told for a third time, Hiro unleashed yet another jet of flames at his opponent, pouring everything he had into the attack. When it was over, his chest was heaving from the effort, and the Arcanine panted heavily as he looked up to access the damage. Golem curled itself into a ball, more blackened patches decorating its tough bedrock shell. Both Kasiya and Hiro watched with anticipation - and then, it rolled to the side, unconscious.

"No, it can't be!" Noir sobbed, falling to her knees. She stared incredulously at the duo before her. "What power!"

By this point, the leader of the gang had burst into a jolly sort of laughter, holding his stomach while he did so. He carried on for a moment or so before he wiped a tear from the corner of his eye. "Wow kid, that's some talent," he chortled, and then cleared his throat. "You bested the numbers three and two trainers in this gang. But now, you face me." After Noir had recalled her Golem and retreated back to her place with the rest of the bikers, the large man dismounted from his motorcycle and strode towards Kasiya and Hiro. He wiped his mouth with the back of his gloved hand, and sneered at her. "Playtime's over, little mousie," he said darkly.
