Also, if so how else can I have my character essentially start with nothing but enough to rent a room for a certain amount of time, and then start working asap to afford the room. Eventually working up to her own larger room or a home.

How do I go about getting an apartment?? I can't seem to find a business for that, or any way to rent it. Do I just go ahead and make a new post in the Residence SubForum?

It seems if the jeweler is open I'd have a LONG walk each day to get to work. Lol. So sorta hoping for the assistant instead~ also, my character is into sewing! Huge Plus. ;D

So looking forward to spending some quality time here. wink

Today I had my last day at work, and it was really sad, but it turns out this student I thought hated me actually loved me. I held my hand out to give her a high five and she kissed my open palm instead. =w= It was so cute. But yeah, sad sad sad, though at least I'll have Saturdays free again!

I like that's its active too. I get super excited and over enthusiastic about new rps and bc shop stuff~ I really read everything I can, and "study" up the story and stuff before jumping in. But I think I'm ready now. //she bounces about happily. ♥
So my first post of Raven in her Inn Room, was a little lacking. Hah! I dont want to change it though~ n.n I didn't get into too much detail with her appearance the like, but I'll change that in later posts. ;D Moving from the room to the Inn Restaurant. //hops to it.
