Jason nodded, "Alright, if we don't have them come med time, i'll call it i. for now, we will eat good food and wait." he slipped his hand into Tim's and walked with him down to his car. they got in and Jason drove to the first sushi place they had been to. true, they had gotten take out, but for him it still counted. "let's go, they are having a special right now, i think. let's try out some new stuff."

Tim followed Jason, wondering what on earth he did to deserve such a caring boyfriend. Jason could be with plenty of other people who would appreciate him so much more than Timothy did. "A special?" Tim seemed to perk up at this, looking at the restaurant, staring at the name before smiling a little brighter. "We ordered take out here. Ah, I'm normally bad at remembering stuff like this, too." "Ally oop." Andy opened Daren's front door, "Daren?" he called, closing it. "Daren! It's Andy! I'm coming in!" thought he was already inside and quickly searching for the medicine. It wasn't hard, finding it in a plastic bag in the spare bedroom. "Hey Why'd you leave the game anyway?" he paused, waiting for a sound but heard nothing. Weird. The car was definitely down in the parking lot. "Daren?" he peeked into the man's bedroom, looking around before walking towards the closet, peeking in before opening it fully. "Buboo what's wrong?" he asked, crouching down to look at the curled up man. Gay jokes could come later.

Jason grinned, "it is, i'm surprised. you were pretty drunk when we came here." it had also been the first night they had made love. he got out of his car and walked around to open Tim's door for him. "come on, i'm starving." Daren had his pocket knife in hand, the thick blade just barely under the legal limit. there were a couple bleeding lines on the tops of his feet and ankles, but that was better than his wrist. it hurt, and that was good, but it wouldn't kill him. it curbed his need to carve out his own ******** heart and end everything, it kept him alive and sane. every time he got the urge to take the blade to somewhere a bit deadlier, he added another line to his leg, the sting and dribble of blood satisfying enough to help him hold back a bit longer. he curled up tighter when he heard the door opening, his feet tucked under him to hide them. "go away-" he grunted, not needing to look up to know who was in the doorway. "just-just go away." he didn't even care that Andy had broken into his home, it didn't matter, he just wanted to be left alone.

Andy tilted his head. "Can't do that, Daren. Well, don't want to really. Now let's have that." he took the knife that Daren had forgotten to hide, disarming the weak man easily and throwing it across the room. "Let me see." And forced Daren's arms loose, turning them to see the cuts, but only seeing smooth, if not lightly scarred, skin. "Daren," Andy said softly, "Daren would you like to talk?" Judging by how he was sitting he could guess where he had cut, but Andy was praying it wasn't too deep. There was no blood n the floor so that was a good sign, ah, no, there was some. He had to be gentle. It wasn't his forte but he could try.

Daren let himself be manipulated, too tired to resist. Andy wouldn't find anything on his arms, that was too obvious. he knew better, knew where people looked for signs of self harm and knew where was the best places to inflict it without being caught. he just hadn't expected to be found here, Andy probably knew where, but he wasn't pointing it out. "talk?" he asked softly, lifting his head just enough to be able to see Andy from the corner of his eye. "about what? how i've destroyed tim? how he comes back for more like a well trained puppy?" he gave a small laugh, his head dropping once more, "or maybe we should talk about the fact that he's hurting now more than ever because your damned boss decided it was a bad idea to let me get out of his life for good?"

Andy listened, holding back on making comments during the man's ranting. This was good, ranting was healthy. "Daren, Tim became very, nervous, without you. When you were officially 'missing' the signs became obvious almost overnight, that's why the therapist gave him medication. But he knew you were back, and he was fine without his medication right?" No, this was probably a bad method to go around, no doubt people have told Daren these things all the time. "Tim got so anxious and nervous at the game he snapped at his parents. I've never seen him yell like that before. To be honest it sort of reminded me of his ex." Andy looked at the bag, "He threw up again afterwards and went to hide. I had to send him home. It happened a bit after you left. Sort of crumbled down again." he took out a green bottle and read the label, putting it back and digging for another, "What did you do for you to say Tim came back to you like an obedient puppy?"

Daren shook his head, "if he was better knowing i am here, why did he have suck a hard time at the game?" Tim yelled at him moms? Daren's gut wrenched tighter and he bit his lip to keep from groaning. Andy's question caused him to curl up tighter, holding onto his legs as if they were the only thing grounding him. "nothing," he whispered, "it doesn't matter. it happened and yet-and yet he forgave me." a single tear trickled down his cheek and wet the knee of his pants, "why would he forgive someone like me? i don't deserve it, i don't-" he shook his head, "just go away, andy. you got what you came for. leave me alone."

"He was doing his best to keep himself together. At work when he's like that he falls apart if he forgets his medicine. But he was trying to keep himself together because he knew you were there." Andy actually didn't know that for fact. It could've simply been because he had a game to play. "what did he forgive you for, Daren?" the blond took out another bottle, reading it before uncapping it and pulling out two pills. "Why did you deserve his forgiveness? Take these, Daren. C'mon. I'll leave in ten minutes if you take these."

Daren's head snapped up and he glared at Andy, "i am not going to radomly take Tim's drugs." he stood up, coming out of the closet so he loomed over Andy, "you know nothing of that medication. each has a different level, what might work for him could put me in a comatose state. put those back and get the hell out of my house." he pushed Andy back from the door and the closet and slammed it shut, holding it closed easily with one hand against the smaller man's attempts to open it.

The sudden rage on Daren's face actually had Andy freeze, opening his mouth to speak and trying to back away. "These are small doses! They'll work just fine!" but he was shoved out of the house and the door slammed into his face. "Daren!" he shouted, wiggling the door handle. The stupid thing was unlocked but damn Daren had strength when he was rageful. "At least bandage up your legs and feet, Daren! How would you feel if Timothy did that? You'd get about as angry as you are now, right?!" he huffed. "Wouldn't you rather be in a comatose state anyway?! Then you couldn't do anything to Tim!"

Daren slammed the side of his fist against the door, "Tim isn't stupid enough to do something like this." he rubbed his eyes, "even comatose i would hurt him. he would visit me, hope that i would wake up, beg me to wake and every day he'd go to bed heartbroken because i wasn't awake yet. you know he would, so don't deny it! at least when i am conscious i can avoid him." that and he could never take drugs. anything that might mess with his head, he just couldn't. not without careful dosage from a doctor, only then would he trust it. "go, andy. Tim needs that medication."

Andy jumped at the loud slam. "Fine, I'll leave. Stop cutting yourself Daren or I'll tell Tim, and you know he won't leave you at all even if you don't let him in your apartment." he sighed, placing the pills back in the bottle. "I'll come check on you later tonight, Daren." he walked down the hall to the elevator, pressing the button and calling Tim. "I don't know, I would think that between reading minds or flying, I'd have to go with flying. Reading minds seems strenuous." Tim explained before his phone started ringing. "Excuse me." he looked at the caller ID before sliding his thumb over the green phone. "Hello?" "Hey, I got your medicine from Daren's since I figured you weren't going to get it. Where are you? I'm heading down to my car now." "ah, I'm out with Jason right now." "All right I'll swing by his place." "Ah! Andy-!" but Andy hung up and Tim stared at his phone, "Andy found my medicine."

Daren sighed, his shoulders relaxing a fraction now that he was alone again. he wasn't going to cut himself, not right now. the one good thing about Andy's visit was it had snapped him out of that train of thought, for the moment at least. he collected his knife from across the room and washed it before slipping it back into his pocket. he didn't feel like eating so he made sure Apple's food and water were still full before laying down on his bed. he didn't plan on getting up until he had to. his feet still hurt, but he didn't care. he didn't bother cleaning them or patching them up. they were minor cuts at best, they would heal on their own. Jason nodded, "i still would prefer shape shifti-" he paused when Tim's phone went off. "it's fine." he took a drink of sake, having only had one glass since he was driving them home, and ate the last of the sushi on his plate. "sounds like we should get going?" he suggested. he'd gotten to know andy over the past month and knew that he would probably be on his way to Jason's house this moment. "i'm glad he found your medication, that was nice of him."

Tim nodded, shoving the final piece of sushi into his mouth. "I fink he's in da car." he explained with a full mouth, chewing quickly and downing his sake. At Jason's comment he smiled and nodded, swallowing. "I probably dropped it in the parking lot or something. But we should get going he'll probably try to break in. Everyone I know seems to like breaking in." he murmured.

Jason lifted an eyebrow, "can't have that, can we?" he paid for their meal and opened the car so they could get in. "who else do you know that breaks in? certainly not me, some people from work?" he had been careful not to mention a certain man in the past weeks since his departure and Tim had seemed to appreciate it. he didn't need reminding of the friend that had abandoned him, nor the torture he endured because of that man. "are they related to the Winchesters by any chance? they seem fond of breaking into places as well."
