I chuckle a little bit at the thought of going up against vampires. "Lucky me... I'm especially skilled with light magic." I say arrogantly.

Layla:
You do not see any such signs. However, you can tell that you should probably rest up, get supplies, and get the wolf pack into the guild, since you're only allowed ten fighters.
"Who is Dracula?" Xiao asks.

Nyx:
"Nae bad," Lud says. "Howe'er, I suggest a deeper voice."

Willow:
"Don't die," the vampire says with a shrug.
Suddenly, you are in what appears to be a village of some kind. You see a sign for the Guild Registry Service, the Mages' Guild, and several others. Everyone except Lyriana and the wolf pack are near you.

Sand-Claw:
"Need bolts?" a merchant calls. "I have the finest bolts in the western Grassland Kingdom!"
His cart is loaded with bolts, arrow, bows, crossbows, and other weapons.

Apollo:
"Hardly good the way you use them," Stek says.
Even his VOICE makes you think that he is a Native American and/or his character is based on one.
"I've watched you, friend," he says. "You always use two spells as one. Light is best when used alone, I find."

Everyone:
Lyriana appears, followed by Tasson and his pack. Now that everyone is here, you should probably get the wolf pack (and Lyriana's team) entered into the guild, so that they can wait in the guild hall until the chosen ten finish the Challenge.

"That depends on how you mix them... Light and Fire can burn something up SURPRISINGLY well." I reply to Stek.

I blush as Xiao mentions "naughty" books. "Ummm, actually no! Which is surprising, considering bloodsuckers are well know for their ability to make lasses swoon." I reply, heading over to wherever I need to go and do whatever I need to get everyone in.

"Indeed." I say smugly to Stek. "And that is why you should elave magic fusing to the expert."

Layla:
Xiao snickers. When you enter the Guild Registry Service, a heavy-set woman greets you from behind the counter.
"Hail, Challenger," she says warmly. "What can I do for you today? Forming a guild? Adding new members? Or maybe an expansion for your guild hall?"
You notice a sign on the wall: adding members is ten copper coins per member and expanding the guild hall is between ten and fifty silver coins. This means that you'll be dropping about two silver and forty copper coins just to add Lyriana's team and the wolf pack to the guild. And if you want to expand the castle (and/or the island it's on), you'll have to spend even more. However, you have one gold, fifty-six silver, and eighty-two copper coins.

Willow:
"Well, that goes without saying," Talc says. "Vampires are foremost among the 'undead' category, after all. Zombies, however, are more abundant...but vampires are quite smart, and usually very fast and very strong. Some can even fly!"

Apollo:
"Mmm," Stek replies.
He does not seem impressed. In fact, he also seems ready to punch you.

Sand-Claw:
"I heard you're looking for wood-only bolts," the merchant says. "I have here a set of bolts from the woods south of Oronnahu, the Snow Kingdom's most prosperously wooded area! The trees are said to live for five thousand years at the minimum, and their wood is so tough to chop down and carve that it takes no less than five craftsmen for one such bolt to be made! I'll sell you ten for a silver a piece."
You have eighty-five silver coins and sixty-one copper coins to spend.

Willow suddenly felt slightly idiotic, she had forgotten that things did not tranfser from the real world to here, after all, she had dealt the the so called 'Prince of Darkness' herself well before she had entered this place, fun times.
