Throwing my arms around his neck for I was taken by surprised that we were leaving now..Looking down I saw Damian and Runa there. Waving bye and saying to them, "I hope to see you soon."

I had to let go of the spell on the cat, It was a lot of effort keeping that much of a body pinned, even if it was frail compared to my own. So I released him and focused on making my enchantments stronger. I said in the tounge of all but humans (Absolute humans) "Go now, or you will die." I was not at all concerned over the other cats, to me they were just hostiles. If need be I would rip them apart, with my bear claws. I finished and turned my attention to him, and got back on four feet, challenging the cat behind me. If it really wanted to fight, it would have it. The volcano would not erupt.

The ground began shaking under my paws, but I would not stop my growling threats. The lava burst through the auxilliary shoots and began pushing its way through the rock. It exploded and out came the liquid lava down the sides of the mountains, torching everything in sight. I hope everyone is okay... At least I saved the area around here...

Damian had not been ready for these new people around him. He had been so filled with anger and rage as a small child and barely ended up being calm infront of these people. He was afraid of himself and what he would do with others if he were pushed the wrong way. Being an elite samurai at the age of ten was an amazing and almost impossible feat....that he had accomplished. He sighed as he sat on the bech and tears trickled solumnly down his face. He sighed and looked to the skys. He recited a poem that he had heard when he was young.

When you're all alone and know not what to do,
Your life is upside down and you're feeling blue.
Look to the oceans and the tree tops,
Take an adventure, life never stops.

Not for the people who won't let death come,
People whom live forever, only are some.
You will when you won't let death not get in your way,
Keep wandering round and live life by the day.

Sailing the oceans and climbing the trees.

Damian smiled and heaved a sigh. It had been so long since his father had recited the poem to him...but he knew that he was one of those few that would live life forever, he would always have somethign to do and never let death get in his way....maybe one day he would run into those strangers again and he would have an adventure with them. He just smiled and he walked towards the top of the cliff to get his things before heading home.

Mimus, out of my way. I then ran off on all fours, down the mountain straight through the lava, it didn't burn me at all, I had covered myself with fire, keeping control of it. I only hoped I was not to late to save those left on the mountain... Stupid, stupid mimus...

On the winds filled with ash and sulfur, I attempted to sniff out Takara and the others, but to no avail... All I could smell was blind panic, the very air screaming... I had saved the entire continent from firey destruction... But it didn't matter to me. I needed to save everyone... And then I saw him, Damien, walking ever so slowly down the mountain towards some unknown destination, unaware of the lava flow about to break above him... I screamed an ear shattering scream, and ran full tilt to try to save him...

Damian heard an amazingly loud scream and he turned his head to see molten lava break above him and pour down towards him. His eyes widened and he ran, bolted like lightning, his ten year old legs carrying him faster then the lava could go and he saw the two massive wolves he had spoken to Takara and Runa about running alongside him. Faithful to the end. "Doomby! If you have any cold spells they might slow it down!" He growled and he lept onto the back of one of the wolves and they both ran down the mountain side, much faster then he had just been runnign and they headed for the forest area. His home was ruined and he sighed, tears running down his cheeks. He had left everything but his sword behind of his past. He would need to compose himself before he went to this place.
