Tatsuhiro began to take the ingredients and grind them up. Once he had that done he set up the small burner and put the mashed ingredients in to cook. "Hey Nathan. Can you get me some rose extract? It's in a tiny bottle behind you. I need to get some of the awful taste out of this or the poor guy won't be able to stomach this thing."

Nathan did as he was asked, handing Tatsuhiro the bottle with a small smirk because Chessy was still asking where he was. He wondered whether or not they'd have to make a bed on the floor so he could sleep beside everyone tonight - barring Kyo and Kio, who definitely wouldn't want to sleep with him in any way, it seemed they might all want to share.

Tatsuhiro waited for the other ingredients to melt inside the glass container. Then he added a few drops of the extract and handed the bottle back to Nathan. He waited for everything to blend properly./ At the end the potion with a sort of aqua color. Tatsuhiro turned the fire off and then took the container and set it in the small fridge he had under the table.

"That looks... Uh, who fancies a shopping trip for bedding and other household items? If we could borrow it from you Tatsuhiro...?" he asked, biting his lip. He knew Tatsuhiro had told him the money was theirs to use, but he wouldn't feel right taking it... unless Tatsuhiro benefitted from it, like a gift bought with Tatsuhiro's money for Tatsuhiro himself.

Tatsuhiro took a look at the time and then shrugged. I think we still have time to go somewhere if you want. It's just that... Someone has to stay to make sure Yoru doesn't wake up. I mean. You can take some money and go with Mao. I'll stay here in case."Mao watched Tatsuhrio. He could tell the other was just saying that. He looked like he was dying to go with Nathan. Shopping wasn't too much fun for Mao anyway so he shook his head. "No. You're better off going. I'll stay here and keep an eye on Yoru and that other brat for you."

Nathan went to Mao and kissed his lips softly. "Thank you." He pulled back and smiled at him. "What colours should we pick up for you? I think Tatsuhiro knows," he smiled at Tatsuhiro to make it clear this wasn't a dig, "but sometimes people want to tell you these things themselves. Oh!"
The Angel looked back to Tatsuhiro. "Chessy might jump us when we get to a 'normal' place: he wants a hug apparently."

Tatsuhiro smiled and nodded. "It's okay I guess. If he comes near you then I'll walk away so you can... Do what you have to. I don't want to be in the way or anything."

Nathan nodded at Mao and frowned slightly at Tatsuhiro. "Brother Chessy. Brother. He won't mind you being with me, though Kio will have a hissy. But we ignore him until he drops it." He went to Tatsuhiro's side and gently made the necromancer look into his face. "Why do you think you have to walk away?"

Tatsuhiro blushed a little when Nathan came close to him. "I just don't want to be in the way and I don't want anyone running away from me. I told you before... Most people find me... scary... You see me normal now but it's not the same when I go out. Especially in daylight. I look different."Mao rolled his eyes. He thought Tatsuhiro was just being stupid. There is a tattoo over your whole body and your eyes go all demon like golden eyes with the black around them are not scary. And potential claws and fangs are not either. Vampires, demons, and a ton of other go out looking like that and no one thinks anything of it. People have gotten over that crap by now."

Nathan hugged Tatsuhiro tightly. "Mao's right, you know: people won't think anything of it, and if they do they'll change their minds once they see you walking beside Chessy and me. You can't be scary with a young-looking teenager and an Angel hanging on you! Chessy's older than me, but he looks younger." he paused. "Though when Chessy sees you... he's going to squeal. I gurantee it, because he'll think you look really cool. Kio, however, we have to ignore because he's going to be very annoying."
Nathan pulled back and winked at him. "Sound doable?"

Tatsuhiro hesitated a little but he nodded and let out a soft sigh. "Okay. I'll try. I just.... I'm not used to leaving this place. Not for long anyway."

Wasting no more time, Nathan kissed both Mao and Yoru on their cheeks before grabbing Tatsuhiro's hand. "We're off, and take care - and Mao? Please take care of both of you, ok?" he called, pulling Tatsuhiro into the corridor and stopping with a blush.
"Uh... which way was out again?" He didn't want to admit that he'd watched other things earlier when he should have been paying attention to directions...
