"That's a start, you weren't doing what was required, but you were able to tap into the heated emotions of darkness, you tapped anger, or maybe it was hatred, but one of those caused the spark you saw." He said. "But there's something that I haven't told you, darkness is also a very mournful element, there is more sadness than anger and hatred combined, it would be easier to freeze something with darkness than to burn it, but that's exactly why you want to burn things, so that you can get used to the element faster." He explained. "Just keep playing around with it, you'll get the hang of it eventually, when you think you can create the statue come back to me, I'll see if I can think of something else for you to do." He said, suddenly his bright demeanor disappeared and his face turned dark. "But be warned, nothing comes without it's price, and the price of darkness is most costly, if not used for the very reason that it was created for, the darkness will consume you, the demons will own your body and there will be nothing you can do about it." He warned then smiled. "I'm sure you'll be fine though."

A flash of a foot was caught as Allure tripped and fell suddenly. Hiashi fumed as he saw one of his men react with such panic, running off quickly to find a new hiding spot, making such obvious rustling in the bushes nearby, completely revealing his position. "Damn amateurs...that's what i get for hiring thugs to do a warrior's job. Whatever, it won't make a difference, 3 defenseless women and that one punk that humiliated my brother. this'll be a piece of cake."

...lifting his hand slightly in the air, Hiashi swirled it around in a circle several times until droplets of water began to form all around it, then opened his hand sending 5 streams of water out along the ground, which jumped up and touched the legs of his hired helped, giving them the signal. Within a few seconds, each one had taken out several daggers and thrown then directly at the group, a total of 10 daggers now flying at them with an intent to kill as Hiashi remained perfectly still and well hidden. "...always let the pawns go first..."

Cobra was just about to move over to Allure and help her up, possibly making some kind of snide comment as he did so, but the second he heard the rustling he stopped dead in his tracks. He could feel the tremors in the ground as the man moved to a new position, and could see the plant's new motions, far different then the typical breeze would create. the man might as well have been standing in an open field as far as Cobra was concerned, he could see exactly where he was.

...he stood for a few seconds staring at the area, wondering what could be going on, slowly reaching into his sleeves and removing a kunai from a holder he had fastened around his arm. He was just about to call out to the man and make his presence known when he felt the tremors from the movements of 4 other men, shifting their legs, moving their weight and throwing the daggers at the group. A split second before the daggers flew, Cobra was able to let out a scream to the others..."WATCH OUT!" Quickly rolling out of the way of the daggers flying at him, he stopped directly in front of Allure, holding his Kunai up and deflectied the two daggers flying at her with his Kunai, knocking them out of the air as she was prone and unable to defend herself. He wanted to assist the others, but there was no time, he would have to hope that they're reflexes were fast enough to save themselves from the ambush.

Rune froze froze when she heard Cobra suddenly yelling out and turned towards him just in time to see several daggers being thrown at them from the bushes. "What the hell!?"she cried out as she grabbed the bladed rings on her belt.

The daggers were coming in too fast for her to grab seeds from her bag to make arrows so as fast as she could she threw one of the rings directly at the pathway the daggers were coming at her and her ring managed to knock into their blades, throwing most them off their course and onto the ground. She was about to catch the ring when her ring had missed one of the daggers and it pierced her shoulder. Wincing at the pain she threw her other ring with her good arm towards the daggers that were heading towards Veronica and managed to knock them to the ground before getting to her.

She grasped both rings in one hand and had the other in her bag. She eyed the foliage around narrowing her eyes at the movement that wasn't natural.

"Someone's out for blood..." she muttered wincing a bit. She felt there was something 'off' about the dagger that pierced her shoulder, but paid no mind to it as she was looking around for another attack.

Yuuske was already comfortably sleeping and did not hear what Ace had said.

Allure glanced quickly over to where Veronica and Rune were and noticed Rune was bleeding. Though it brought down the level of her power, she tried to chill The area where Rune was injured. There was a distance so the affect wasn't much plus it too focus to pinpoint it. Still, a some effect did occur. The thieves had yet to show themselves as she focused on chillng the air both around where the enemy was and the air around Rune's shoulder.
