((yeah. i meant as in, he wasnt going to continue to stay underground the whole time. he didnt actually hit you. just in general. it means he wont stay and fight under. when Miguel hits you, ill actually say he hits you.))

Miguel was on guard, but not visibly so. the second something went wrong, he was going to do something, whether itd blow his cover or not. he didnt want to do so, however, until it was necessary.
