Well, there was one missed call on my cellphone, so I'm gonna go to the book store and check if that was them. And if it wasn't, then I will be very wrathful. I ordered it before you! I should have it by now! crying
EDIT: Well, this is bullshit. I order the book on their computer, it says 1 - 4 business days. When I went to pay in cash, they said seven days max. Now, I go to the store to check (it's day 6) and they say that it'll be in by the 18th for sure. The 18th? That's like, 3 weeks! Man, I'm pissed.

Well, if it doesn't come in by Sunday, then I won't be seeing it until next Thursday for sure.

I can tell you this though; It's worth the wait. I've read through the first few chapterlets, and it's really fantastic.

Has S.D. Perry written anything since Zero Hour? I mean non-RE books.

I don't think so... She may have taken a break from writing to raise children.
I just finished Parasite Eve, and am already 50 pages into Genesis... I can tell that I'll be a hermit this rainy weekend. whee !

Nothing like reading a book when it's raining.

No kidding. Plus the fact that my classes got canceled today, I'll be all curled up in bed with the books I'm reading, and when I'm done, I'll be able to watch Regenesis.
It's going to be a great weekend... now if only I can persuade my roommate to get me a bottle of Reisling...

Hurray for reading. Someone needs to write more RE books for me to read, though. I mean, Parasite Eve and Nightmare on Elm Street can only take me so far... God, I'm a horror nut, aren't I?

See? This is why we need a Fanfiction sub-forum. I could crank out a fanfiction a week (granted, it would be a short story, unless I wanted to work on a novella), and give people something to read.
But I'm just persistant, and very stubborn, but thats why you love me.

Yeah, well, I'm a procrastinator and just haven't got around to making that sub-forum yet.
And I prefer reading stuff on paper. So fan fiction tires my eyes out more than hard copy books. I remember a while back I printed out this fanfic, it ended out like, 60 pages, but that was a lot of good paper, I can't really afford to print out countless fanfic I feel like reading. So get those short stories of yours and start publishing them.
