She smiled at lan's actions. Removing the rag from the little fox's death grip, she dipped it into the milk again. Once Lan was done cleaning her face, she gave the baby the rag back, and watched it contentedly. " I think we should name her Saiai."

After he finished cleaning the fox Lan raised his glance up to Sakura "thats a very beautiful name." looking at the fox as he lowered the rag Lan held a grin to the fox's new name as he turned his head back to Sakura "Saiai I like that." raishing up to his feet Lan petted at saiai's head as he turned back towards the counter.

Saiai was transfixed on eating the entire rag. She whined loudly when Sakura pulled it out if her sharp little teeth. She put more milk on it and let Saiai at it. While Saiai suckled the poor rag, she looked back a Lan, Smiling warmly. "Your shoulder doesn't hurt anymore, does it?"

Placing his hand to his shoulder Lan turned his head glancing at her "No it's fine and thank you for getting rid of the pain as well." smiling Lan turned kissing her on the lips as he placed one hand to her cheek breaking the kiss Lan raised himself up from her smiling at her. Looking at the door of the tavern Lan spotted his rifle sitting at the wall "wonder how that got over there?" walking over to the weapon Lan seen that the safety was still pressed in "Maybe Elfir moved it." Leaving the rifle at the wall Lan began to turn and walk back to Sakura's side continuing to watch the baby fox.

She smiled, knowing full well that Elfir had attempted to use Lan's rifle. The kitsune awoke her from her reverie, but climbing awkwardly up her kimono and onto her shoulder, nuzzling her neck. Saiai curled up on her shoulder, slowly falling asleep, licking her neck slightly.

"guess shes all worn out today." Softly petting Saiai's head once again Lan grabbed the bowl and rag from sakura and laid them on the counter turning back around watching Sakura and Saiai Lan began to lean up against the counter crossing his arms over his chest as he smiled at the two.

She gently pulled Saiai off of her shoulder and into her arms. Slipping the bottom side of one sleeve intoher Obi, she made a makeshift crib for the little fox. Gently stroking the ear of Saiai, she stood and walked over to where Lan was watching. " Feel left out, Lan-kun?" She asked stopping directly infront of him, on the other side of the bar.

"No just watching yall both thats all plus Saiai needs much attention then I do anyways." keeping himself leaned against the counter Lan pulled his hat from his head and lowered it beside the bowl a cloth as he made himself comfortable "but what made you ask that question?"

She looked down at Saiai's sleeping form. " It' s just that I feel like I'm taking care of her more than you." She looked up at the ceiling in the direction of her room. " I have an Idea, I'll be right back." She ran up the stairs, careful not to jostle Saiai.

"okay I'll be down here." Watching her run up the stairs Lan looked down to the floor listening to differents sounds coming from outside as he waited for Sakura.

Closing the door quietly behind her, she softly padded down the stairs. Reaching Lan, she wrapped her arms around him, nuzzling his pulse point on his neck. She sighed, tightening her grip as her tails wrapped around his leg. Licking his pressure point, she led him to the couch, where she sat, smiling at him warmly.

following her to the couch Lan began to sit down next to her as he held a warm loving smile to her. keeping the smile Lan placed each of his hands to her waist lifting her up onto his lap kissing her soft lips. holding the kiss for a short time Lan began to pull the young kitsune to him as he ran one hand along her side.

Sighing, she pressed herself to him. Burrying her face into the crook of his neck, she smiled against the warm skin. Her tails curled up and reached out, softly running across his chest. Wrapping her arms around his neck, she kissed him, then returned her head to his shoulder.

Leaning his head ontop of hers Lan gave a slight chuckle as he watched her two tails run up his chest keeping his hand stroked at her side Lan reached up with his other fluffing her tails.
