Greetings fellow forumers i'm gonna put my profile from vampirefreaks.com it resumes who I am pretty well smile
Profile:
I'm an 18 year old "solituditional" extremist individual. I am currently studying History at University to make myself more astute in knowledge and reason. I may somethimes use unecessary "advanced" words, but I want to get better marks on my papers and I want to have better vocabulary (since I'm French) smile .
I am open minded so I can relate to many subjects don't be scared to talk, I cannot be tromatized by anything. I believe in the individuality of the mortal being, creativity of the human mind, anti-sociatal values against the worlds pathetic mass and hate against the ennemis of my personal mind deep-space atmosphere. I am deeply philosophic in my thoughts and what I do or act most of the time (unless I'm lazy which happens to all of us).
I wish to bring evolution or reform to the minds of the following clones of society, and this pathetic world. I am my own self which means I believe in my own personal values and ethics. I'm dot not represent as an "evil" person, like most "goth" people pretend to be to look either cool or advocate their life style... I just like to be in my own space and be myself in all my features.
What I Like:
Metal music in all its subgenres (except sh*tty nu metal), I am a Radical Black Metal listener which means I do not listen to anyform of mainstream MTV music, I like strongly Politics (communism and some of the ideologies of facism), I have a pation for Horror movies (I am a collectionner with over 350 titles) and survival horror games, I love Theorical ideologies which challenge me, I have a attraciton to Weird events or stories, Poetry and other stuff just ask I'm not an a*****e.... The most important hobby I have is Playing music, I currently play the bass, guitar and I sing ...
Dislikes:
I don't associate with posers and fakes because they are ignorant manipulated idiots, phoney metal heads who listen to bands to show their "evil" side (especially the poor bastards who believe nu-metal is the only metal genre and that being "goth" is charatarized by black clothes and makeup ....) or anykind of lame a** dumbf*ck that believes he is all powerfull and awesome.
Favorite Music:
Black Metal composes almost 2/3 of my whole collection of music. As I stated before so I don't listen to much else... I mostly like atmopsheric and philosophic Black Metal.

hola! i'm fearsKLOWNs & I oppose the term nu-metal... its an opinion, not a genre. *shrug* I mean, if Metallica can be freely talked about in the thread... shouldn't Slipknot. (Both Grammy winning bands!)

Guten Tag.
My name is Karen, or so dubed the 'Princess of Sacrcastic Land'.
I am 17 years old and hail from a small Dairy Farming town in the Waikato of New Zealand.
I listen to most sub genres of Metal, but have a passion for scandinavian and black/death/prog metal.
I strongly dislike ignorance and people that talk about music and are totally void of any knowledge on the subject, so expect me to pick up on that while posting here.

The name is C�sar, I am 19 years old and I'm from mexico, although my music likes include all kinds of metal/rock/hard rock, I must say Power metal wins my heart with the amazing playing and the poetic lyrics... well, about my personality, I'm somewhat a philosopher and the thing I value the most are actions, I am a student of engineering...

Let me redo this. Heyo, Im Dirce, or if you prefer my actual name, its Angela. I can't chose my favorite type of metal really. Symphony has taken my fancy lately, but I came across Finntroll, how would you classify them? Scandinovian? Not sure. If somebody could get back to me on that, I'll love you forever. [br] I do have sub genres of music. I really dont like punk that much, but the more "mainstream" type of things are alright. If im in a good mood you may catch me listening to anything completely random. Anyone close minded about their music, well, sorry, im not really. Too much of country, rap, pop, and all that jazz will get my itching though. uhm. hmm. anything else if your really that curious, you can ask. really though, im not that intersting.

Hi my name is Joe, I'm from California and I'm a 22 yr old college student who is preparing to get back into acting ( as I realize that I'd enjoy that more ).
My metal tastes consists of: Iron Maiden, old Metallica, Sepultura, and Children of Bodom. I also like listening to a little Megadeth and Opeth, but right now, I really want to check out some power metal as I hear that bands like Blind Guardian are like a much heavier version of Iron Maiden ( and so I must check this out ).
HOWEVER, my favorite type of music isn't JUST metal, for I also enjoy listening to Pink Floyd, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Skillet, Johnny Cash, Frank Sinatra, and Bob Dylan.
