Lu was crying to me the other day that no one will make a Chuck account. Then we made a pact. If Bouncing Boy makes it into the Legion in the comics, he'll make a Chuck Taine account.
I made a similar pact with M-E Lad and being inducted into the Legion in the toon. You see how that turned out. domokun

Hey. You DO know Dirk's name is spelled wrong on that list, right? It's Morgna, not Morgana. No "A". domokun

On topic, a bit.
Sorce made it to his LCS for the specific reason of picking up Legion of Super-Heroes in the 31st Century #3 (that's a mouthful). He enjoyed it immensely.
Yeah, this whole thing goes better if I'm not "in character".
Timeline-wise, the issue fits in around episode 10 (Zix's episode). Episode 9 was the official introduction of the Subs, and episode 11 was the beginning of the final arc with the (re?)appearance of Cosmic Boy.
The boys' infatuation with her (conflicting with her tv appearance) was neatly tied up by Saturn Girl, saying they were 'Lovesick'; something she could have done unconsiously. Or you could say it was a bad pun. My explanation works better, natch.
At the end of the issue, Infectious Lass opts for the Substitute role (though she's offered full membership) and it's easier to think that she'd remain second-tier instead of becoming second-tier. Because if the issue has her join the Subs, then it throws a nice little screwdriver into the Toonboot continuity; if she remained a Sub, then you can just say the writer omitted a word in the speech bubble.
That and the Subs are already established (based on her speech pattern) by that issue. Something that didn't happen until episode 9 of the series, with the team that Infectious Lass was on.
The Legion's offer of full membership also coincides with the season finale of the series, as Drura was the only "Sub" actually shown with the rest of the Legion. (I think.)
That make sense to everyone?
