Ruby tried hard to ignore the images, to ignore the voices, but they kept coming and coming. Some of them were scenes, and others talked to her instead. They were all angry, or disappointed, shamed, hurt, hateful or just scolding. Friends and family alike, Ora had done her research. At times Ruby could have sworn the illusion was a real person in the room with her.
Ruby tried to keep herself busy. After glancing at the mud and mess on her clothes and self, she took Ora's suggestion and went to the bathroom to take the needed bath. The voices continued outside the door. Gran yelled at her for being a whore. Seth called her a weak coward who would run as her friends die. Ruby cleaned herself up and climbed out of the tub, wearing a towel. She soon found Ora had put aside a dark green dress for her, which made Ruby frown a bit, she didn't want to wear a green dress picked out by Ora. But after getting ridiculed by the illusions for walking around the room naked Ruby finally put the dress on. She curled up on the bed and tried to fall asleep, but every time she got close someone new yelled into her ear, or shook her awake. And then they got violent. Ora's illusions combining more and more senses, so though the pain was very brief, it seemed very real.
After Arch hit her, Ruby quietly stood up and walked to the door of the room. She turned the handle, opened the door, and stepped out into the null-field. She collapsed like a broken doll.

Ruby woke up later, back inside the room and layed out on the bed, a dark birdlike creature glancing over her.
Cresil shook his neck, the feathers and fur ruffling and squaked a small scolding. He nudged her gently with his beak, before walking out of the room.
The illusions continued, but were no longer violent.

((can't go crazy with Ora, not with Ruby in her posession.
And Ruby's not EMO. Ora just was curious exactly how far she could push before Ruby actually snapped, and that was a physically abusive Arch. Once Ora had that line determined, she backed off. And you aren't T00L anymore, so that means no point for you either.))
