As the guard approached, Bobby grabbed at his feet, to use the guard for leverage to pull himself fully into the room. The guard's club smacked into his shoulder with a meaty "thud".

Deciding that she was in fact hungry, Jaydis decided to once again brave the base to find the kitchen. She put a dirty piece of leather inbetween the pages of her thick, leather text and set it aside before leaving her room, scythe in hand.

As he ran up the stairs at super-speed, Bobby put on one of the radios he had taken - so that he could hear anything being said.

[mp10,sp2,lp35,explosives 2] As he cleared the stairs, he ran into somthing solid. Somthing kind of like a wall. ((MP: 9 SP: 5 TP: 3 Life Aura revision: Has ten life. Power attacks deal 2 damage, melee 1, Aura can be summoned around allies. Contact with Aura causes five damage. It's Xeen's TP.))

Crumpet Lord Arthur looked up from his chocolate fingers in scotch. He sniffed the air. 'I smell war...' he muttered. Then he went back to his chocolate finger scotch. Ayx looked at Arthur. ((Ayx is a Pure Energy shade wearing Xeen's armor, so his "Face" is a bone white mask, and resembles a walking salad shooter, just so you have an image.)) "A war has been raging. We are merely ending it." He replied, his voice a harmonic blend of several, some vaugely familiar.

((whether you've made the stairs or not....))
Baranar, not exceptionally interested in engaging himself in the fight, locked all the doors leading to the out of the HQ, and then formed a barrier seal the doors leading out of the kitchen, save, of course, the one he was coming up from, forcing him to fight his way out, instead of just running past everyone.
