No a lot of people do but thats what drives me so mad.
I argued against people in a Tifa VS Zell forum.
Most people voted for Tifa for two reasons
1: They'd never played the game and only bothered watching Advent Children and so say stuff like "If she fights like she does in Advent Chldren shes sooooo good"
also they go for
2: Heh she would use her almighty boob powers to crush her opponents!
I hate this argument as it makes popularity over skill.
This also causes me to frown upon a few Cloud VS _____ threads
I've seen Tifa win so many things this way despite the following:
1: Tifa's a barmaid
wheras
Zell is an elite mercenary on par with that of SOLDIER
2: Tifa took a martial arts course as a kid and probably only beats up a few drunks every night
as opposed to
Zell being trained to kill by a more elite association and uses his skill in War
Thats why I don't like Tifa

Yeah i no that was the crappiest thing about FFX but u got to admit the outside part of sin was pretty much the main boss
