Gridel had already foreseen the battle much earlier. He and Serenity had already scaled the land of Mordrid and discovered that the King had thousands by the scores of men hidden within his kingdom. Unfortunately Gridel left prior to the battle.
"We are going to need much help if we are out ratioed 1:10000."
Gridel discovered that the King once possessed an ancient scroll, but a traveler came to claim it at a very high price price that seemed almost ridiculous for just any traveler to be carrying.
"I believe that traveler is the person I must meet. Serenity, I shall leave you behind and you shall help the princess cast magic. I will go through a dangerous world that leads to the obis. This is the last hope."
**Hold up staff and walks into the heart of the forest and mountains**
As Gridel intakes energy from the Earth, the ground begins the shake and the staff illuminates such a bright light, able to be seen miles away into the night. Then a sudden roar an explosion comes out of nowhere as a faint purple tint of color starts to swirl in the air in front of Gridel. He braces for the energy that will be sucked from him as he walks through the portal into a whole new different universe.

Gridel had just done a thing that no regular magician would dare try. There were many risks of traveling to the spiritual world.. The first was that it took a massive store of energy, which would have to be borrowed from animals and plants. Many of the bugs die in the process as they are too weak. There is also chances that your mind is not stable and focused enough that you will either leave your half your body behind, or your soul conscience behind.
Gridel had intended on meeting an old friend, until he had to make a drastic change through mid-incantation, because he sensed there was help needed in the real world. He sensed that Sil was dying and had to help.
As Gridel got up from the dusty dead forest that looked rather like a graveyard, his energy was nearly gone. His body was limp and he collapsed into unconsciousness.

Sil wandered the graveyard, his mouth curved into an evil grin, having massacered a group of villagers, he saw a body in the graveyard, That isn't supposed to be there? he walked over, his hand gripping the skull on his spear that was supposed to be a grip point, he bent over him, "Oi, get up!" he poked Gridel with his spear,

Wakes up to the poking of a spear. Immediately jumps to his feet and backs a few spaces at the sight of a stranger with eyes of evil intent.

He laughed, an evil sneering laugh, "HAHAHA!! You? A brilliant mage?! That is such a joke! you couldn't do much more thaan lift a pebble with your mind powers, let alone defeat me?!!"

I may not be at the best of my abilities in this state and this, but you wouldn't understand. Only natives of a universe can maintain and balance out their exertion of energy for it is where they were born from. This gives you the advantage for you can more easily connect to your planet's energy flow.
I come from a different universe, but you still don't stand a chance as your mind is clouded by blood-thirst, as mine is clear through all-sight. My spirit in this universe could not have been killed by a man like you for, you are dying back in the universe of mortals.

Sil jerked his arm forward and grabbed it, it was pulsing, he dropped his spear, "WHAT SORCERY IS THIS!" he gasped in pain,

If you are to survive in the mortal universe you must release your bad energy and clear your mind of blood-thirst. You will have to find the energy within the depths of your soul, although you are nothing but a mere spirit. Find your mortal being and force the will to live into yourself.

Sil's body began fading, "STOP IT WIZARD! I DEMAND YOU STOP IT AT ONCE!!" holes began appearing in Sil's chest, head and legs, strangely this was only happening to him,

SWEET and MOYRA
Upon seeing Darcus carry the injured and bleeding Sil, Sweet summonsed all the magic users in the castle as well as any who knew of medical treatment. She and Moyra rushed to Darcus side and had Sil placed upon a gurney so that he could be transported to the castle for treatment.
Oh Dear, I fear that he will not survive.
SWEET (to the servants): QUICK BRING AS MANY CLOTHES AND BANDAGES AS WE HAVE, I WILL NEED A HOT BATH AND MAKE SURE MY HERBAL INVENTORY IS FULL, I WILL NEED TO PLACE THE HERBS IN THE BATH TO BOTH CLEANSE THE WOUNDS AND THE SPIRIT. HURRY GO GO
MOYRA runs to the closet of herbs and begins to place jars of various herbs in her satchel.
Once Sil is placed in the bath, Sweet sprinkles herbs in the bath while chating a healing spell. Miraculously, the wounds start to heal and the bleeding is lessened.
SWEET: Ok now we must remove him from the bath, place these herb soaked bandages upon the wounds and wrap him in up. Once that is done we shall place him in the bed and cover him to keep him warm.
The rest is a waiting game, all prayers and powers available will be necessary to try to save him.

Sweet sat by Sil's bedside watching him and chanting, she was so exhausted, but she refused to give up on him. She sensed that his spirit was elsewhere, yet still strong. It was with hope that the treatment she rendered would help to heal his body and bring back his spirt, this time even stronger.
