"You must rest!" she said firmly. "Now is not the time for you to go around and .. and .. Please .." she said softly, blue eyes pleading for him not to do this. After rest .. perhaps, but now now, not tonight. It was too soon. Not only for him but for herself. She would want to go along, of course, but she wanted to rest also, though she would not tell them this.
Skye was now close to them, she turned and bobbed her head toward him in greeting.

"Seeing as you still have your head, you must have been successfull for them then..." Reeve said with a smile, extending his hand for a handshake. "I am afriad you do not know the dangers of where you are going though... Magik cannot be used by the living, unless you are a master at Runic Magik; the creatures there are very hostile, the people who have claimed that place as their home are even more dangerous then the creatures, and finally my father... The Dragon Man, will enjoy torturing you if you give him the chance..." His face showed trace amounts of concern, inside he hoped this man would change his mind.

"Magic..."
And then quickly unseathed his Fire Fang and in a full flash of a circle, and large row of trees fell.
"Is not even my most powerful trait."

Pulling back his hand Reeve smile again slightly. "Very well then. If your heart is so intent on going I will allow it." Looking down at the beast he nodded his head. "Later on I will follow you there to make sure you are alright; but for now I need rest as per Ziven's request." Looking as Ziven he smiled slightly. "And it appears she is tired too." Turning his attention back to the man he nodded slightly. "Good luck to you."
The beast slashed at the air with his claws, cutting open a portal to the other realm. From this side one could see the ruins of buildings, a purple sky and a black sun. The beast went into the portal and waited for the man.

Bobbing her head, she spoke in the ancient language, blessing his travels. "Waíse sköliro frá rauthr." she said softly. Turning her attention to Reeve again, she inhaled deeply, still standing near his left side. Looking up to Reeve, it was clear that she was still worried but trying very hard to put those worries aside for the moment.

"Come on. I will make some of my mother's tea and we can relax for the time being." Reeve said with a smile, trying to take her mind off her worries. Gently he touched the side of her face, then turned and began to limp back into his house.

"Ah-ta no!" she said. She hurried after him, throwing his left arm around her and looking at him with stern determination. "It is I who will take care of you. No arguing. Lean on me if you need to, you should not be walking yet." she said softly.

Laughing slightly, Reeve kissed the top of her head gently as they walked. "Very well, I will allow you to take care of me. Shall I go rest in my bed?" He chuckled, not using her to support him. His wings were doing a good job of keeping the weight of his led anyway. Despite that, he still hung onto her.

Lowering her head as they walked, she realized he was not leaning on her and wondered if she had upset him. When she spoke again as they neared the door, her voice was soft. "My apologies. I only mean that you should rest, take it easy. You have been through much these past few weeks .. this new challenge is the last thing you need to happen presently. If you would like tea, I would be happy to make some for you." she said, then was silent.

"Why are you sad now?" Reeve asked, competely ignoring what she said. He did not understand why she was apologising, or why she hung her head. It was all very confusing for him.

There was a moment of silence as she considered whether to answer with the full truth or what she and he would likely prefer to hear. Before she had truly made that decision, she realized she needed to know more and before she knew what she was doing, she asked; "Am I good to you?" she asked quietly, not slowing her pace, if anything urging them to move forward more, as if she were nearly trying to run away.

Slowing and letting go of her, she was soon ahead of him. Her question was... strange to him. "Why do you ask?" Reeve said, tilting his head. "And please do not beat around the bush... I would like to know whats on your mind."

Slowly turning to look at him when he stopped, she answered immediately. "I do not think I am doing good enough. Now is not the time to talk about this though, you are not well. Please .. please know that I care for you very much and am trying my best. My apologies if I could do better but I know not how." she said softly, watching him. She truly did not want to discuss this now but it was clear that her actions were speaking louder than her words. She wanted to be near him, to take care of him but she also felt like running away .. he seemed so independent, why keep her around at all?
