The pairing that got me into slash and then eventually yaoi was, oddly enough, Keith Moon/Pete Townshend...

First pairing I stubbled upon was SasukeXNaruto, but I didn't like it then....because I loved Sasuke(Not anymore though, I totally love this pairing now, and hate sasuke)
The first pairing that really got me into yaoi was SasoriXDeidara and they're still my favorite pairing to this day! Which I'm sure you can tell by my signature

In terms of my very first one I encountered, It was YamixYugi from Yu-Gi-Oh, a pairing that is still near and dear to my heart.
The first one I encountered and immediatly fell in love with because how sweet it could be? DaisukexKen from Digimon season 2.

Ahahaha oh god I remember back when I was in 8th grade I was a hardcore christan and had not been fully exposed to the horror that is the internet. So I was surfing around Fanfinction.net looking for Kingdom Hearts stories and stumbled a RikuSora fic. It was M rated. with many many lemons. Cue Kerri being scarred for life and having RikuSora as a first Yaoi pairing XD

Mmm.....my first yaoi couple I read about in manga was Koji Nanjo and Takuto Izumi in Bronze / Zetsuai 1989. -grins-
