It's quite simple... Look on the right side up on your keyboard. There should be some tiny buttons or normal tabs. On one there is writen
Print Screen or
Prt Scr - somethin' like that...
Press that button and it will capture every screen you have on your monitor at the moment.
smile After you pressed the button copy it in Paint (for example), still I would suggest to use IrfanView (is free too), then CRTL + S keys press together and you save the pictures as a .jpg.
Make a photobucket account is free... www.photobucket.com and load there the pic. The put the link you have in
tags in here and that's all...
