1. Imitate, copies foe's last move 2. I don't think there is a chance of being confused 3. Don't expect Toasty to be coloring Pokemon all the time, just be patient.

And if he uses imitate the dmg it did to him will do the same to the opponent?

Charmeleon  Lv.31 Hp.77/77 AttacksScratch, 40 dmg Growl, 40 dmg Ember, 45 dmg Onixragon/Pokemon Colors/Red/Red095.png) Lv. 35 Hp.84/84 AttacksDragon Breath, 51 Slam, 46 Rock Throw, 42 should either of them learn any more move my charmeleon hasnt learnt a move for a long time now i guess i just havent bothered coming to ask about it.
Also if the hp counts are wrong just tell me and i'll fix them

Your Charmeleon has the opprtunity to learn the following:
MetalClaw( Level 13)
Smokescreen(level 20)
Rage (level 20)
Scary Face(level 27)
(moves learned from both FR/LG and R/S/E because I don't know which set this guild uses.)
I don't know any of the damages though >.>
And your Onix can learn the following:
Harden(Level 21)
Rage(Level 25)
DragonBreath(level 30)
Sandstorm(Level 33)
Agaian I don't know which set they use, or damages..

Oh, synthethis recovers HP. I just don't know by how much.Oh ok, I guess i'll just wait then. Heals the user by half of its max HP during the daytime or 1/4 its max HP any other time. Healing power is doubled in sunny weather and halved in rain. Okay cool!
