Chigusa smiled. "Oh...Okay, Higuri!" she said before her mother brought in the snacks and drinks. "Thank you mother." she said before she saw her mother grin and leave. "Well, I've been concerned on what he told me, but..." she looked at her cup. "I know I shouldn't worry so much...but...." she took a sip from her drink before placing it back on the table. "When we get back into the world, can I tell you something?" she asked, her head resting against his shoulder, her eyes closed.

"H..O..oh sure"Higuri said with a nod and took a sip of his drink,feeling her head against his shoulder,his cheeks warmed up in a slight blush.

Chigusa faintly smiled. "...Higuri....I...I love...." she muttered before she fell asleep. It could've been possible that she entered her coma.

Higuri caught her and he blinked,holding her close,he only heard the first two words of her mutter."Chigusa.."he muttered."I..I love you"he whispered to her before she fell to sleep,hoping to god she would hear this time.

Chigusa heard what Higuri said, but couldn't believe it herself. 'How can he love someone like me?' she asked herself, her hand holding Higuri's as she slumbered.

Higuri held her hand gently and reflexively laced his fingers with hers,his cheeks reddened as he looked at her face while she slept,she was so beautiful,he couldn't help but love her,he landed a soft kiss on her cheek before sitting up straight,hopefully she could love him back..maybe.

The next morning...
Chigusa was already awake, making breakfast as she hummed to herself. "Let's see....today's Saturday so I'm free. What should I do? I can't stay online all day..." she let out a soft sigh before she burnt herself. She bit her lower lip instead of shouting Ouch like she always did.

Higuri had his back against the couch,his head was hung and his eyes closed,he was asleep,when he smelled breakfast cooking,he opened his eyes and saw that Chigusa wasn't there,he ventured to the kitchen and saw her cooking breakfast.

"Darn it...where's another band-aid?" she looked around for the medical kit before placing the last pancake on the plate. "I hope this is enough. Since i know I eat a large breakfast. Mom does too but Dad's been busy so....aha!" she finally found the first aid kit. She took out a band aid and placed it on her burn, her fingers already having plenty of burns and cuts as it is. She took a few plates and pivoted before she saw Higuri. "Oh! Good morning!" she said, smiling brightly. "I just got done making breakfast. Have a seat!" she said, placing the plates on the table, then the silverware and other things before putting the food on the table.

Higuri smiled and nodded,taking a seat at the breakfast table,he observed the cuts and burns on her hands before tearing his eyes away from her injuries,hoping she wouldn't notice."Good morning"

"If I knew you were going to stay that long, I would've gotten the guest room ready for you!" Chigusa told him before sitting down with the same smile on her face.

Chigusa smiled. "I don't mind the work! Really. I just tho-" "Morning you two lovebirds!" her mother entered the kitchen in her work clothes. Chigusa blushed. "Mother...please stop it..." "You two were so adorable sleeping! Anyways, wow. Did you make this Chigusa-chan?" Chigusa nodded. "Alright. I'll have some." she took the first five pancakes and placed them on her plate. Chigusa took three, leaving quite a few left. "You can have the last four, Higuri." Chigusa said.

Higuri blushed at the lady's comment and took only two,he gave the last two to both Chigusa and himself."there we go"he said with a smile and poured some syrup on the pancakes.

Chigusa smiled before she poured some syrup onto her pancakes. "Mother, will you be coming home late again?" "I'm sorry, Chigusa. Work has been very busy." Chigusa shook her head. "Don't be sorry. I know how busy you are!" she said before she started to eat.
