There was a sudden flash of red as Gordon was there the next second and behind Alexander the next. He stood behind him looking off in the distance. " You have hurt so many people! I won't let you hurt anyone anymore!" he yelled out angerly as the aura formed around his right arm. He raised it and brought it back with extreme force. Alexander would find out that not only had Gordon's speed increase but his power as well.

Alexander's eyes went wide as he turned his head slowly, viewing Gordon behind him. Certinly he had not expected this. Yet he was not about to let this boy get the better of him. Alexander turned back to face Gordon as he unleashed his attack, holding his left arm out infront of him to protect himself from the attack.

It worked but only to an extent, he nearly lost his entire left arm was he was thrown back into the ground. Hitting it fairly hard. Alexander looked up with wide eyes at the sudden power of his enemy. He hadn't expected anything like this...Yet he was still determined to win.

Pushing himself up off the ground slowly Alexander looked over at Gordon. Swinging his sword around in a circle for a moment before slamming his feet into the ground and launching off the ground. His body flying at Gordon, as he neared him Alexander lept into the air and flipped over Gordon. Comming down Alexander swung his blade at Gordon, hoping to give him a nice, deep cut down his back.

Gordon seemed to fade away as the attack went right through. He was a few feet away from the attack. He seemed to slided right to side-step the move. The red aura grew around him once again. He turned to face Alexander. He kept no expression on his face. It looked like he was only mocking him by not using all of his new power against him. Gordon was toying with him.

Alexander growled, he didn't enjoy being toyed with. Especially since that was his job! Alexander stoped as he turned to face Gordon once again. This boy had certinly increased his power..now all he had to do was figure out his weakness in this form which was proving more difficult. However he couldn't just stand by and do nothing. Alexander stepped back into the shadow..he really didn't want to give away one of his powers but knew he had to. His boy turned black as he sunk into the shadow.

It seemed as if Alexander had gone from the scene..however he was merely moving from shadow to shadow. Alexander soon resurfaced a few feet behind Gordon. Moving quietly before breaking out into a run. Alexander lept up into the air and swung his blade down at Gordons back. Hoping to give the boy a nice deep wound in his back.

The changeling snorted. "In my experience humans have done nothing but lie since their existence." His eyes were cold and flat as they looked into Kurtis' eyes. "And besides, I am part of Lupis, but we are of different makings. That is what allows us to have manifestations at the same time."

Lucius looked at Kurtis. "You humans have no concept of suffering. We angels suffer so much, it is our first inclination to stop the suffering of humans. The bargain has been kept, the trade complete. She shall return to her body, with no recollection of you. But please, let me have a moment with her." He said, his face lined with hundreds of lifetimes of suffering.

Lucius laughed a long and bitterly "Yes, because us angels are perfect right? We have no thoughts of feelings, we just live for the need of mortals. You humans are all alike, thinking they are the center of the universe and that angels were placed here for your service. There had been angels long before humans child. We only take this form because it is the one you expect to see. It is what your mind wants to see." He looked at Kurtis with hard eyes. "And you are no better, no matter hoy pure and righteous you may think you are. I can see your soul, I can see your lies." He sighed and turned to Lupis. "My darling." He murmured. He kissed her on the lips. This was long and personal, not like the one before. Then looking at Kurtis he said. "If you hurt her again, in any way, I will not be so lenient. This is a warning." He spread his great golden wings and spoke in a language that trembled in power and forced everyone on their knees. And then they were back in the clearing, the changeling replaced by the unconscious body of Lupis.

Alexander certinly hadn't expected this. His sword being hurled from his hands Alexander lept back. Sliding across the ground as he stared at Gordon. A light growl escaping from him. He dispised this boy for his power and his ability to make him look like a fool. Even if he didn't win this battle Alexander would be sure to get the last laugh..he always did...
