Elva could only watch as the pendent shattered. Her heart sank, but beated with incredible noise which filled Elva's ears, blocking out all other sounds. Elva's eyes lowered as she kept her gaze upon the shattered pieces of the pendent falling to the ground. Momentarily daunted, her mouth hanging wide open, too stunned to speak even a small noise. She hadn't even heard the comment that her sister had made for all she cared about was the pendents, so that she could revive her father. She had waiting so long for this moment, worked so hard to reach this point, and to have it shattered into a million pieces like the pendent... someone was about to pay dearly for it.

Returning herself back to realility, Elva shook her head, looking up at the bird still sitting on her shoulder, its bright yellow eyes staring straight at her. She didn't even crack a smile as she petted its beak, then giving a small sigh, glanced back at her sister there, her bow still strung as though ready to shoot another arrow. Elva shook her head at her with distrust as she gently knelt down, picking up a small piece of the pendent, holding it tightly in her hand.

Staring down upon the broken piece, Elva thought to herself, then slowly mumbled the words under her breath, not even caring if Shiero heard. "Father... I will revive you... no matter what..." With that, she enclosed her fist over the piece, sending fresh blood down the side of her arm.

Getting back up, gazing back at Sheiro, a mean look wiped across Elva's face as she pulled out her whip from behind her, showing it out in front of her. Dropping the piece covered in blood to the ground, in a calm voice, Elva stated with no regret in her voice. "You will die here..."

As much as those few words hurt, Sheiro didn't show it. She gripped the gold bow tightly as if it were to disapear. "So be it.." She muttered, before holding her bow out infront of her, shifting it back into her broadsword. What an idiot.. Sherio thought to herself, meaning the insult to both her and her sister. She shattered the damn pendant for one, but her sister, also, wasn't very bright at this point. Probably overcome my anger. But the pendant couldbe put back together if brought to the correct individual.

"Don't be so impatient to die, child." Raine whispered cruelly. Her smirk shifted to a serious face before she spoke again a few moments afterward. "...Don't hold back.." Seconds later, Raine darted towards her sister, her sword at her side.

Hearing the words that Shiero softly spoke to her, Elva nodded her head as she heard, 'don't hold back'. She had all the reason to go full-fledged against her siser; she had destroyed the pendent after all, the one thing that Elva needed to complete her mission, her one mission after her escape from her family's assasination. It was time to pay her back with what she deserved... death.

As her sister plunged for her, Elva replaced her neutral expression up on her face with an indescribable expression that would strike fear into anyone that came her way. Midnight rising into the sky, glancing down at the battle to be, Elva quickly waited while Shiero was close enough to her, then quickly blocked her sister's attempt with her whip in hand. A grin appeared on her face as a small chuckle fell past her lips. "You'll have to do better than that to beat me, sis."

"Oh really?" Raine commented, and within seconds, appearing behind her sister, thrusting her sword towards the small of her back like it were a katana or a lighter sword. "Tsk, tsk. I thought you knew better then that? Keeping your back to an enemy.. Foolish child." Raine whispered in a taunting voice. The white feathery wings upon Raine's back seemed almost gray... Wonder why that may be? It was strange..

Elva hadn't seen her sister come behind her, and within a second, felt the cold of the blade connect to her back. She flinched as she rashly jumped away from her, keeping so that she could see Shiero in front of her. Calling Midnight to her side, Elva whispered something softly into his ear, then with a small squak of aggrement, the black bird flew off into the air, keeping its gleaming yellow eyes gazed upon Shiero.

Thrusting her whip out in front of her, readying to strike, Elva set her eyes upon her sister's now darkening wings set on her back. A grin flashed to Elva's face as she chuckled softly to herself. Well, well, well. She thought to herself before running with full speed towards Shiero.

"Good, you havn't lost your touch." She hissed in a cackling voice. "Fight me!" She screamed, rashly slashing her blade towards Elva, but aiming towards her whip. Metal against some.. flexable material? Nu-uh. Thought her eyes, that thing would be cut in half, easily. But she should have known her sister a little better then that...

Suddenly a massive black broadsword blocked Elva's path, and the hand that gripped it was gripping so tight it looked as if the handle might break. "Sorry to cut in, but I'm afraid I cannot allow this to go on any further. I cannot allow to hurt Raine, no matter how slim that chance may be." said Durithill's voice from under the man's black hood. The man bearing Durithill's appearance stared hard at Elva, his blue eyes so still as if they were actually made out of stone. The rain slid right off him without touching him, so his cloak was still light allowing the wind to blow it easier.

As Elva heard those words, her anger continued to rise, rising her whip above her head, as though readying to strike. Although, Elva stopped in mid-air, seeing a man hooded in a dark cloak stand in her way. Elva lowered her weapon, although keeping it drawn in case the man were to attack. A blood-shot stare fell into Elva's eyes as she clenched her whip harder with her bare hands. She stare into the man's blue eyes as she watched as though the rain just slid off his body. Without even moving, Elva sreamed at the top of her voice, angered by the man's interference. "This has nothing to do with you, so get the hell out of my way!" Her breathing heavied as she tighened her grip on her weapon, her teeth clenching.

The man lifted his sword and placed it on his shoulder, then slid between Raine and Elva. "I'm not moving. I cannot let you hurt Raine." the man said, still staring directly into Elva's eyes. There was something unnerving about his stare, as if all the fury of hell was just behind those eyes, waiting to escape.

Elva hadn't moved an inch either as she continue to just stare at the man. It was as though she was getting lost in his eyes. Clenching her teeth, holding her weapon tightly in her grasp, Elva placed her whip on her shoulder, just as the man had done to his weapon. A smirk soon overcame Elva's face as she stare at the blockade in her way. Letting out a sigh, Elva took a step forward. "Why are you even here? This problem is between me and Raine, and has nothing to do with you! So move!" Her voice raised as she drew her whip from her shoulder, pointing out towards the cloaked man, readying in case of an attack.

"Anything that involves Raine involves myself." the man said, not moving his sword. His grip tightened, however, as he himself readied myself for an attack.

Elva smirked once again, as she readied her weapon out in front of her, giving only a few words before jumping forward towards the man, her whip in her right hand, drawn as she came towards him with great speed. "...Then I shall have to elliminate you first before I can destory who I truely wish to destroy, Shiero..." With that, she flashed a grin before she took off, heading towards him, Midnight still flying overhead, watching the battle start. Landing on the edge of a small building, Midnight watched. He could tell that this wouldn't take long...

The man frowned. "I guess I'll have to try not to kill you after all." the man bearing Durithill's appearance said. His sword seemed to disappear as it moved to block the attack. He himself then seemed to vanish and he appeared behind Elva with his sword held high. "Didn't Raine teach you not to turn your back on an opponent?" the man said and he slashed down at her back.

"Durit-- Hey!" She bellowed, this was her fight.. And didnt' she tell him to stay back? WHy had he followed her. "Duirthill, this is between me and my sister!" She said as he slid infront of her, her sword had shifted into a staff, her fingers curling around it tightly. "Duirthill!" She called to him, he obviously wasn't listening..

"Ughh!! Goddamnit!!" she bellowed, chasing after the two. Her wings' colour had grow darker, now almost a charcoal grey. She was now soaking wet from head to toe... Not that she cared, but she wasn't prone to it as she was before...

The man's sword halted before striking Elva and he disappeared again, appearing in front of Raine and slightly to the left. He stuck his sword in the ground in front of him to protect his body and remained silent.
