I just used Photoshop 7. o_O And all the pictures I used were from www.animegalleries.net, except for that manga picture of Tsunade that my friend colored from the manga. wink

But yeah, it's actually pretty easy. I just did some rendering and fooled around with the layers and text and stuff, flattened it onto a white background and saved as a high quality jpeg.
