Kouzin was fed up with the sound, and he thought he had found a way to stop it. Kouzin placed his hands to his ears and focused his chakra into his hands, disrupting the sound well enough so it wasn't much more than a nuiscance. "....I'll get you yet...." he said as he ran out.
