He walked up to a punching bag and looked at it.He took his shoes off and put them down beside himself.He tightened his fist and then quickly swung at the bag.He kept swinging at it until he swung his last punch causing the bag the brake off the chain and fling into a wall.He put his shoes on and quietly left.

Solena walks in, her feild revolver in her hand and frowns at the crowded room. She finds a space away from every one and starts target practice, hitting only the torso and head of the dummies.

After shooting almost fourty rounds, Solena hangs the revolver from her belt and starts cleaning up her mess. A new dummy replaces the old and she begins warm up punches.

After firing fourty rounds, Solena hangs the revolver from her belt and begins cleaning up her mess. She hauls a punching bag over and hangs it from the ceiling, throwing warm up punches into its hard cylinder shape. Her punching style is unique, she keeps her hands open and straight until just before she connects. This way, the punches are faster, gaining more momentum, so the fist hits harder and causes more damage to the opponent.

Solena pulls out her kadatchi and closes her eyes. Gracefully, she begins to swing it around in a kind of dance, floating from one form to another without so much as a pause.

*walks in and pulls out dual daggers, then walks over to a punching bag, seeming to barely move, he implants the daggers where the heart, and left lung would be, then pulling them out sideways, the bag falls into pieces, he then walks over to the other side of the room and practices his ninjitsu

Dream walks into the room and sees the punching bag. "Uh..." Leaves the room then comes back with a broom and dustpan.
