Cadaver sighed lightly and turned his head away a bit so she couldn't see any expression that wanted to make an appearance on his face. His braided tail gave a flick against the wind before it fluttered back with the wind, the black ends fluttering slightly. He wasn't sure what he wanted really, atleast not at the moment. For a long time he had been alone, then Spice came along and he had gotten used to her being around he guessed. So it was a bit depressing to see her leave.

Spice watched as he turned away. A bit sadened at the fack that he did so. She watched him for a bit and instinctivly put her face on his neck. She didnt know why she did this, she thought that perhapes she was trying to comfort him.

He sighed again, a bit lighter than last time. She wouldn't abandon him? What exactly did she mean by that? Feeling the warmth of her face on his neck, he smiled faintly as he thought about it. Unsure about how to respond. Closeing his eyes a moment, he turned his head back and nuzzled her cheek lightly. It was all he could think to do at the moment.

She sat there for a bit and enjoyed the moment. The wind passed by faintly and the cool, crisp fall air had an enlighting sent to it. She coulnt think of what to do now. She was mighty confussed for the first time in a while. So for the moment she sat there and waited for him to decde, move, do anyting that would make it so she could think.

Cadaver stopped nuzzling her for a moment, pulling his head back just a bit so that he could watch her. She was awfully silent for someone who talked as much as she did sometimes, and it made him curious as to what she was thinking about. If anything at all. Giveing his tail another flick, he cleared his throat lightly, as if to almost excuse his sudden change of habit there.

Spice lifted her head up and shyed away. She didnt know what to do, even now that she could think she was still at aloss. She looked at the ground and didnt even notice Cadavers gaze. Her snow white and black striped hair bang fell infront of her eyes and face as the wind blew by. She wasn't exactly sure if she should go back to the teepee or spend another night in the cave with Cadaver. She just kind of stood there staring at the ground trying to think.

He frowned lightly as he watched her shy away. Lifting his head slightly, he looked around. Had he done something wrong? Obviously is she shyed away like that and didn't have anything to say. Damnit. Why does he even try to get close to anyone? Why now? After all this time? And then this happens. Takeing a few steps away from her, he cursed himself in his mind as he turned away. What a fool he was, and just now showed it.

She looked and watched his body expression. She didntknow what to do. She trotted up slowly to him and touched her nuzzle on his cheek.
" im sorry i didnt mean to upset you... I just.. i dont know what to do. I've..."
Seh couldnt think and her words came out all fumbled. Amazing that she couldnt think of a proper thing to say. She knew that usually she had something wise to say but it seemed that she was dumbfounded on this topic. What was it that her mind wanted to say.

As she touched her muzzle onto his cheek, he moved his head away at a slightly quick jerk. Though barely any space was put between her muzzle and his cheek. What a fool he was, was all he could think in his mind. He knew long ago that he would never be in the company of anyone ever again. Not after what had happened so long ago, not with the way others treated him like in the past. He couldn't take that again.
His tail gave a flick as his eyebrows furrowed lightly as she apologized. "It's fine. Nothing to be upset about in the first place. You should probably head back to your teepee now." It wasn't what he wanted to say, but it was all his mouth would spit out at that moment.

Sadness filled her face as she looked at him. His words for some reason seemed to hurt along with his reaction. Her heart sunk a bit and she wondered why it seemed like when somethinf went so well she had to go and blow it.
" ... if thats what you want me to do i will"
A bit of sadness loomed in her voice even though she tried to mask it. She touched her muzzle gently and slowly to his cheek again before she turned and started to head up the hill to get back to the path. Her head hung slightly low as she walked up the slope.

As she left, he snapped his eyes shut and furrowed his eyebrows more. More frustrated with himself than anything. He started off on his own again, alone once more. As he passed a near by tree, he pulled back a hinde leg and gave it such a vicious kick that the whole thing rattled, leaves fell around him as small branches snapped from their clinging spots to the larger branches.
Cadaver gave a snort at the tree, his tail flicking viciously in frustration as he started to menouver his way away from the cave that he had shared with Spice. A heavy feeling in his heart as he moved along into the shadows to start his wanderings again. It wasn't what he wanted, for her to leave. But at the moment, he wasn't sure what was going on. He wanted to run back and tell her not to leave him, but a nagging little bit in his head told him not to. And that little bit is what kept him from doing so.

Spice walked and jerked a little bit as she heard a snapping noise. But she continued to walk. What was this she was feeling. She felt as if she was going to break and her chest was going to explode. Her footsteps felt heavy as she walked onwards. Suddenly her eyes started to tear and it seemed like it wouldnt stop. She didnt think she was stressed that much but apparently she was. Crying, like some sort of weak mare. She tried to pull herself together but couldnt seem to. She stoped and looked to the ground infrot of her.
The tears rolled down her face and dripped onto the ground making it dark where it fell. the birds continued to sing, almost as if nothing had happened. Finally the tears stopped and she kneeled down to lay down in a patch of long grass. She felt so tired for some reason.

Cadaver kept walking through the shadows of the forest, his eyebrows tightly knitted as he continued to curse himself in the back of his mind. Dureing his thinking, he seemed to have walked in a circle and ended right back where he had started. Spice's scent still lingered in the air, which gave him a clue that that was where he was.
Sighing, he let his head hang downward for a moment. White and black hair falling over his closed eyes as he listened to the birds singing in the trees nearby. The faint sound of crying reached his ears, they perked instantly at that moment. Then it stopped. Was it her that was crying? Or someone else nearby?

Spice didnt notice anyhting around her and just continued to rest in the grass. She really didnt feel like doing anything, or going any where. She sat there for a bit and soon her sences came back. She could hear something not to far off behind her but she thought it was just a squirrel or something of that nature.
" Why do i have to be so stupid?"
She questioned herself as she proceeded to get up. For some reason she could pick up Cadavers sent again, perhapes her mind was playing tricks on her.

His curiosity hadn't peeked enough to make him want to see who it was that was crying earlier. He just didn't have the heart to do it right now. Tucking his legs underneath him, he layed down on a patch of grass near the cave, his ears flattening against his skull as he lowered his head to the ground and closed his eyes. Giveing his tail a flick, he rested there for a while, feeling a bit tired from all the frustration that had run through his body.
