"Alright, it's the least I could do after she helped me," Fira replied and watched as Shinja walked out of the room. She looked back at Maki who still layed on the bed and walked over to a chair next to a window where she sat down.

"Shhhhhhh...." Maki cooed as the infant settled down and began sleeping. Taking a quick peek she realizes it's a little boy. "There, there little boy. Everything will be fine. Shhhhhh." Maki sat on the ground continously rocking the little one.

Kisaragi went behind his human friend and nudged her in the forward direction.

Kisaragi has a slight grin on his face and was suprised to find about race that could use the elements.
"...Why thank you, I might just take a sip..."
Kisaragi licks the cube for a bit then stops.
"...May I ask? Was the death a close friend or family member or was it a local?..."

As Maki cooed the child to sleep vines appeared out of nowhere and ripped the child from her arms. "NOOOOOO! Why do you keep doing this to me?" she shouted chasing after the vines to an empty garden. In the center is a giant pod. "Strange... what is this?"

Dammit...
Hours had passed, and still no luck. Shinja took a sip of his liquor and sighed deeply. "I didn't think it would be so hard...I'm damn sure I sensed someone's familiar aura...but who is it..." He then took a deep breath and started walking again. Suddenly, something flickered in his mind -- something that turned his walk into a sprint. Found you.
Arriving at the place in which he sensed the aura, Shinja smirked. "Hey...Kyana."

Maki approached the pod and touched it. Something inside moved. "Wierd. Is this real? Or am I still dreaming?" she said putting her ear close to it then stepped back. She heard a heart beating inside. "Interesting ... "

Maki opened her eyes and looked around the room. She noticed Fira sitting next to her and Zetsuei on a chair across from her.
"What happened? Is this a dream or am I finally awake?" she said trying to sit up only to find herself too weak to do something simple as that. She lifted her right hand and began massaging her forehead. "My head aches so much, where's Shinja?"

Standing up and walking over to Maki, Zetsuei pulled the flask from his vest
"He went to go find another from the battle against Dark Tail. He said he knew of one other who was here. Take another sip of the potion, it will help keep your aliment at bay untill he find a strong white mage to purify yours and Shinjas bodies."

Maki looked at Greed stangely as she took a sip of the flask.
"Shinja's body? No....can't be," she said placing her face in her hands to hide the tears. "He's infected too? When did his ailment happen? Why didn't he tell us?"

"Yes, he is infected as well. His aliment came to be when he reached into Dark Tails chest to grab the orb, and when it cracked a small shard cut his hand Which caused it. He didnt tell me untill I over heard him say something about it when I came back from finding my room on the airship. He didnt want to tell you because he knew you would worry. Dont worry though, as long as you both continue to take the potion it should hold off the infection untill we find a white mage to purify your bodies."

Fira continued to look out the window, yet she still listened to the conversation between Maki and Zetsuei. She didn't know what to say about the situation, so she just stayed silent as she glanced over at them.

Kyana waited while kisaragi licked the cube before squeezing it in her hand and it dissapeared.
"Well I guess water isnt a problem on our trip. Cant create food though."
Kyana heard kisaragis words and waited a few seconds before replying.
"There was a great uprising and I lost my mother an uncle and 3 cousins, many townsfolk were also killed I do not even know what caused such an uprising."
Kyana slowly trudged through the forest alongside kisaragi as before when they came to a clearing. as they entered a large glow appeared in the middle.
