Anywho, I'm trying to get up-to-date on my Eldar troops; 2 Storm Guardians, 7 Defender Guardians, and 3 SS w/Exarch isnt going to scare anybody...

May I ask why you take ANY Storm Guardians or Shining Spears?

Yahiko_Meoshine May I ask why you take ANY Storm Guardians or Shining Spears? the same reason discussed in the IG thread: sheer number of dice. plus they can have flamers and fusion guns.

Yahiko_Meoshine Bah. What about the Shining Spears? They cost WAY too many points for what they do. I'm NEVER getting shining spears. way too expensive for a dinky assualt weapon.

You are truly mistaken. The only difference between Guardians and Storm Guardians is that Storm Guardians have 2 close combat weapons and Guardians have Shuriken Catapults.

Put it this way; why would Shining Spears have Karandras withthem? Plus i dont think theres a Shining spearss Exarch.

Yes there is. He can be armed with a Brightlance instead of a Laser Lance and he can make his save invulnerable with an Exarch power......I can't beleive I have all of this memorized...

they can come from anywhere, they were a lot more evil in 3rd ed.
